Just got back last night from a fantastic trip to the Marrakech The good points : The Riad itself is very beautiful with lovely rooms and a very good location for most things you want to do in the city. The courtyard and the sun terrace are very nice place to sit and relax after a day out in the...

Dear valued client, I thank you for your review. I understand that you had a personal problem with a member of our staff and I apologize for the leck of his service. We have already talked about your critiques together and he understood his mistakes. On the other side it is a pity that you only gave 3 points to...

We have recently returned from a four night stay here and what a wise choice we made! The riad is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, it was a haven of peace and tranquility to return to following the hustle and bustle of the souks and main square. which are only a short walk away. Merien and all the staff were...

Our first visit to Marrakech and couldn't have found a better place to stay the Riad was brill open courtyard with all rooms facing inwards and open top with cover that draws back to leave clear sky. Food either on terrace or inside dining area. Rooms very clean and spacious rooms and large beds. Friendly staff who did everything to...

We have recently returned from a four night stay here. The riad is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It was quiet and peaceful and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff are a delight and nothing was too much trouble. Merien ( I think that's how you spell it) was so helpful and pleasant as were all the other staff we...

We had a wonderful stay in Riad Viva. We stayed in the Rose Suite. Very spacious indeed and decorated Moroccan style with romantic lights. Despite the other comment, we found the service very personal and everything was possible. Specially Mariam who welcomed us in most of the time that we returned from our sightseeing trips. She would always ask if...

We have just returned from spending a week at this Riad. We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday, It is a lovely place beautifully decorated and we felt very much at home there. We stayed in the Narcisse room which although small was perfectly adequate for our needs, with a lovely interior and a very comfy bed. We ate in...

We had a very nice stay in Riad Viva. It is located in a very central neighborhood, nearby Bab Agnaou and the Kasbah. The rooms are Morrocan style furnitured and very clean. The rooftop is small, but cosy with a little swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We very much liked the service and company of Hamza...

This is a hotel in all but name which makes it unlike the other independently run riads we have stayed in, in the past. Despite the quality and value, we did not feel the 'genuine experience' that others speak of. With fabulous weather (for an Englishman) and ample staff, we asked to take breakfast on the terrace but were not...

Me and my 2 friends came here for almost a week and we had the best time. We got picked up from airport and shown to the riad. We thought the walk to the riad was a bit dodgy at first sight but beeing scared is the last thing you need to feel in the whole city of Marrakech. The...

The staff at Riad Viva helped me out in a few sticky situations, for which I am extremely grateful. The room was the right size for a single traveler, with everything I needed. Dinner at the Riad was excellent, as was the service. It felt like a haven to come back to after the hustle and bustle of the marketplace....
