The staff here was absolutely amazing! Very friendly atmosphere and the Riad itself it well kept and clean. Only thing was my room had two twin beds and was a bit small and the water wouldn't heat up for a proper shower. Other than that, the roof top terrace is great for breakfast and everything else was wonderful. Also, it's...

Due to a problem with a connecting flight only one person of our travel-group made it to Marrakech on time. But Riad Nesma (special thanks to Mr. Nour from the front desk) made it possible to change the booking the day of arrivial without extra charges! Thank you so much again!! The one room which was still used was very...

I will start with the good which was Rashid! He was completely helpful and kind. The rest of the Riad was a bit of a letdown. It was the most exspenive place we stayed and the decor was nice enough but there was no real heart or soul to it. It felt very corporate. The owner and his wife were...

Close to everything. Rooms are comfortable. Here with group. Staff attentive. In the medina, a short walk to the main square, spice markets, and shops. Lovely and accommodating staff. Only negative is that the street can be busy and a bit noisy if your room is on the front.

We were two Spanish friends staying at the Riad for 4 nights. I can say we liked everything! The staff was really really helpful and attentive. They were always asking if we needed something and smiling all the time. I can only remember the name of one of them, Mohamed, who was really nice, as the other members of the...

We planned this visit months in advance. Convenient location, rooftop hot tub and a short walk away from Jamaa el Fna. After waiting for an hour for an earlier arranged transfer to road we were greeted without apologies for the delay. As if an hour late transfer weren't enough we were made to wait another half hour for the room...

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to write this review. Firstly because I’ve never left what I consider a bad review. Second, since it felt at times the staff tried their best to make good of a bad situation. However I decided to write this, since my experience at this Riad was exceptionally appalling. What spurred me on is that...

The riad is awesome. Easy to reach. Next to center. They offer every kind of service: restaurant, pool, hydro, transfer to/from airport (15€ each), spa and a welcome tea which was excellent. Five/ten minutes away pretty everything you should see in Marrakech

A beautiful riad in central Marrakesh in the medina Very friendly staff. Lovely courtyard and lovely roof terrace with beautiful views. The room was a bit too small for a Family of four but the helpful staff made our stay very pleasant.

I have spent two nights and three days at this wonderful little gem of a Riad that is a 5 mins walking distance from the busy square! The staff was extremely helpful the atmosphere very welcoming, chilling and restful. Breakfast was delicious. All in all I would have stayed longer but sadly they were fully booked out. It felt like...
