The location is excellent, right near the good spots but a little secluded from the noise. Terrasse is lovely. Bedding and towels are older and needs to be updated. AC and heat are super noisy are difficult to sleep with.

Hy John No, the Riad only offers breakfast. But there are many restaurants close to the riad with all ranges of prices.

There will be other customers but it does have a small guest house feel. I think they have somewhere around 10 guest rooms spread out on 3 floors. They have plenty of common area space to relax and enjoy the facility.
