I visited the Berber cultural centre whilst I was with a volunteering group just a little drive away in Marrakech as it was highly recommended by a fellow volenteer who had previously been there. It was a great experience, I felt very welcomed by Mohamed and his family; we arrived to fresh snacks and mint tea, later on in the...

Hi Aaron, thank you so much for your lovely review. It was great having your group visit, and I really hope you do come back next year to see us all (especially if it was you who won the tea-making competition! I just can't remember who won at the moment.) Regards, Mohamed

My partner and I spent one week at the Berber Cultural Centre and had a great time. Although not everyone spoke English we were still able to communicate and get along. We participated in many activities whilst at the centre including bread and tagine making, taking the donkey to the well to get water among many others. The weather was...

I started my travels in Morocco by spending 6 days at the Berber Cultural Center and it was great! I had traditional breakfast at the local market, baked bread the Berber way, participated in a tea making competition, swam in the swimming pool, picked cactus fruits with the son Anir and went for walks in the village with the beautiful...

My wife & I visited the Berber Cultural Centre back in March 2016 and had an amazing week with Khalid, Mohamed and the family. We are sorry for taking so long to post a review. Khalid took us on many beautiful walks through the mountains and to the local market where we had breakfast under the tents on the floor...

Although my stay with Mohammed and his family was short lived, I must wholeheartedly recommend as I would love to stay longer! I felt very welcome as a part of the family and friends who were willing to share with me their knowledge of local culture, cuisine, landscape and life style in general. They have arranged for us some lovely...

As I had a lot of fun in Marrakech I didnt wanted to go to the center first. But then I thought I should go just for maybe 1 or 2 days and then leave.. I arrived to Imintanout with a lot of doubts and “don’t wanna be here feelings” and Mohamed picked me up. As I got in his...

I cannot recommend this centre highly enough. Mohamed and his family are the most perfect hosts and so incredibly friendly. They put on a wonderful program of activities for us: we cooked bread from scratch with Faiza, Mohamed's wife, and cooked it in the village oven; she taught us how to make a vegetable tagine; we went to the completely...
