We were a large group staying here and Pierre and Gabrielle couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. They arranged an airport transfer (recommended), a delicious dinner on the terrace on our first night, taxis and caleches during our stay and were always on hand to advise and help us. It's a great location, just off a main street leading...

First time in Marrakech, Riad Azalia is at a great Location, just 5 minutes walk from the main square, and walking distance from the main attractions. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Child friendly accommodation, enjoyed our stay a great deal. Ask Pierre / Gabi to arrange transport from and to airport, makes a big difference !!

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful Riad with its great hosts and its beautiful terrace. The room was comfortable and furnished in moroccan style! The Riad is centrally located...so you cant get lost with finding the Riad in the Medina (which can happen quickly).

My husband, 11 year old son, and I spent one month in Morocco in December 2014. Riad Azalia and Marrakech with its unforgettable Djemaa el-Fna were highlights of our trip. We liked the location of the riad, it is also beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our hosts Pierre and Gaby were very kind and helpful, and made us feel like home.

There is nothing you can complain about when you pay about 20 euros per night in high season for a quite elegant riad with private bathroom at a three minutes walk from the Djeema el Fna square. That said, remember that you get what you pay for: the bedrooms at the ground floor are not so good, dark and poorly...

This riad has a great location being very close to the main square of the medina. The riad is very clean, staff are very polite and helpful, and the food is great. We arrived late on our first night so had our evening meal there and it was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. Breakfasts were very...

I spent my first night in Marrakech in this Riad. The staff were friendly, rooms clean, and breakfast good. I went back to the Riad following a trek for the last few days in Morocco. Gabi personally took me to the massage place so i didn't get lost and checking out late they stored our bags and i felt confident...

Left Le Meridian Hotel ( a good stay, but quite a different experience than staying in a Riad) to stay here. The good reviews on TripAdvisor proved true on my visit as well. The owners attempted to do anything and everything to make my stay more enjoyable. Always available and friendly. Breakfast, (though lacking any protein!) served on the rooftop...

An excellent and clean Riad, Pierre was the perfect host with a good knowledge of the medina. It really is in the centre of things but is remarkably quiet, top tip keep the bathroom window closed at night and you won't hear the mosque's call to prayers. If travelling during particularly hot times request a room on the middle floor...

Our group of 16 booked the entire Riad for 5 nights in May. We found Gabi and Pierre to be delightful hosts who went out of their way to make our visit a positive one. (I'm sure they would have been a bit shocked/stunned by this loud group of Aussies hijacking their Riad!) Gabi & Pierre have only recently taken...
