Room good size, plenty of comfort items, staff great. Can order wine (Maroccain or French) or drinks in the raid bar. There is a good restaurant, but without alcohol, close by (31 Attitude) which is excellent - the evening meal in the Raid is warmed up on site. The breakfast was very good with real fresh juice, pancakes +++

This met all my expectations/ hopes as was not sure how rating would transfer to UK system. Rooms very clean and meet boutique local hotel expectations. Bathrooms local style with low water flow but fine. Little dip pool great to cool down in. Lots of seating dotted around to get sun or shade. Staff very helpful, had 2 lunches and... More

We spent a weekend in Marrakesch coming from Casablanca. There is no parking possible at the hotel as it is in a very small street. However, the Hotel is easy to find in the Labyrinth of Marrakesch. The rooms, roof terrace, small pool are really exciting, very individual prepared and excellent equipped. Breakfast can be served at the roof terrace,... More

I booked this trip as a christmas present for my Mum. We both had the best time! The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff who were friendly and accomodating. The staff could speak little english but this made no difference to the quality of our stay. They... More

Booked through British Airways but arranged airport transfer direct with Riad. Riad staff met us and carried luggage as riad is not accessible by car and is a bit difficult to find the first time. We had a standard room which was sufficiently spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Yes the main square is a 20 minute walk through the Medina... More

Far and not very convenient from the Center Jemaa El Fna. By foot it will take you approximately 40 minutes and 30 minutes by taxi during the day time. While walking towards Jemaa El Fana, don't forget to watch out the motorbikes and scooters who are racing through the little streets. The soap is refilled in little old style glasses... More

Riad Anyssates is a tasteful furnished Hotel with a very good and warm athmosphere. All rooms were cozy and clean. The staff - Mohammed, Aziz, Noelle, Fatima etc - were always extraordinary friendly and helpful. They tried to make all our request possible. On bad weather days the cozy living room with the fireplace saved our life ;) All in... More

The Riad is a sharp contrast to its surroundings. We got the Riad to pick us up from the airport as taxis will not be able to go as far in to the alleyway and will struggle to find it! We had Mohammed, who works there to come pick us from where we got dropped off. It was about a... More

Hello The entire team joins me in thanking you for your so nice comment, you are right distance instead varies depending on the number of shops and our plan is still a real utility. Once you're inside the riad for the first time, you will be impressed as they've maintained the place. However the pool is freezing and not as clean and no one swims in it. Rooms have heating and a/c but are naturally cold, bathrooms are well kept but again cold and no bath tub. Also, I think it's a riad thing... More

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I make it clear that the pool is not heated and bathe in March is actually unpleasant, we plan to heat the pool for next year and will certainly be to specify the sites. In France there is a saying 'le patron soin le cuisine ' the owner looks after --. This is what is missing at this riad.
