After a fantastic two weeks in Morocco, we stayed at Les Jardins de l'Agdal on our way to Marrakech airport. The only positive from our stay was the location of the hotel as it was in close proximity to the airport. Upon arrival, we were shown to a room in which the bed was half stripped, and the window would...

- Reception very nice and helpful. They speak english french and arabic. The rest of the staff members dont speak english or just the common words like hi, bye and tip. - Room quite small but nicely decorated for tourists. The amount of noise is alot! They start blasting music at the pool at 10:00 and it ends at around...

The hotel is beautiful and presents a brilliant location, not far from the airport and is close to everything in Marrakech. Soon as we arrived there was a peaceful aura /environment and the staff were so welcoming. The hotel has a nice decor and as you walk out you get this beautiful view of the amazing pool. Good service, large rooms in a quite part of Marrakech. Good choice to go with family and split the time between the visit to the attractions of Marrakech and the hotel's pool. Nice restaurants near the pool, albeit no special quality of the food. Very noisy room for breakfast. Good balance price/quality.

I lived for couple days and in general it was good, but I say it is 3 stars hotel as the room require renovation. Bed is broken. Safe is broken, closest screaming like dolphin. No iron machine. The cure is pleasent and helpful. The entertainment team was awesome.

The staff were rather rude constantly asking for tips when they could hardly do their jobs, more annoying they just walked into your room without giving you the chance to answer to their knock!!! Because not one staff member spoke a word of English it was difficult to ask for anything. The no coffee/tea facilities in rooms i guess i...

On the day of arrival at the hotel we managed to check in quite easily. The staff were fairly friendly and helpful, one thing we noticed was that the lobby seemed like an absolute ghost town, it reminded me of the film 'night at the museum' it was that quiet considering we arrived at the peak of the day 1pm....

I stayed here in February 2016 with 2 friends. I know it wasn't peak season but the hotel was absolutely deserted. It was great that we got the pool to ourselves, but it was a bit awkward and felt like we were the only ones there. The grounds and the rooms are quite nice, however the service not so much....
