Clean, quiet, safe and cozy! Touria is super helpful and she makes you feel at home . You really need a place like this to hide after a tour in Marrakech. The breakfast is excellent, but don't miss the dinner in the terrace ..you cannot eat better in Marrakech, enjoy the terrace by night, it will remain impressed upon your... More

We loved our 3 nights at Riad Herougui. The best: Mohammed and Touria, our hosts and staff for our stay. Mohammed showed us around the Medina, arranged taxis for us, recommended restaurants and hammams, and even let us into the Riad after midnight when we foolishly lost the key one evening while out with a friend. Breakfast was served each... More

We initially planned to stay at Riad Herougui but due to an overbooking that was not possible. Charlotte, the owner of Riad Herougui graciously offered to host a dinner for us which turned out to be one of the best dinners that we had in all of Morocco. Touria, (the chef) prepared a traditional Moroccan dinner which was presented in... More

We spent a few days in this wonderful Riad located in the heart of Marrakech. I personally really appreciated my stay – all we needed was there. Its rooftop will give you a unique & beautiful view of the city – having your meals & drinks on there is a unique experience. To end with we clearly had a good... More

Great little Riad 2 mins from souks and 5 mins from Jemaa El Fna square. Very traditional decor and fixtures .Mohammad the employee was very helpful and friendly. Getting to the Riad is not easy as it is located down some narrow alleyways inaccessible by car so would recommend arranging transport with hotel where you will be met and guided... More

I had a great time in the Riad Herougui. I could not believe that in the middle of the Medina I would find such and elegant and calm place. The decoration is stunning, refined and with a great homely feeling. The staff make your life easy.. Thank you Adrian and Blandine. Danielle Paris

we had liked the look of the Riad from the brochures that we had seen, but it was even better 'in the flesh'. The accomodation is comfortable and traditional - so that you feel you are in Morocco. The pool was a big hit with our children and the roof terrace - dining in the evening under the Berber tent... More

We have decided to go to Morocco in a very last moment and have opted for Marrakesh. You can imagine that before the New Year all accommodations were fully booked. After a long research and more than 20 hotels and riads we have contacted we got in touch with the manager (owner) of the Riad Herougui. At that point we... More

I was there with my wife and the place was all for ourselves. It was really nice. The staff was kind and the breakfast on the terrace very tasty. The owner was a bit worried we wouldn't make it to the Place Jemaa el Fnaa (the central square) but it was actually quite easy and close. I would recommend it... More

We were a group of 6 women looking to go away for a mid-week break to celebrate one in the group getting married. I had found this Riad through a booking agent who had advertised the riad at a really low price. I booked the entire place (there are only 5 rooms) for us. The manager realised this was the... More
