Lovely traditional Riad, fantastic vista's with views from the roof terraces over towards the Atlas Mountains, staff are superb, couldn't ask for more from a winter break. Traditional in every sense of the word.

Quirky & Charming Riad! We spent a very happy 5 days here in mid November on a recent visit to Marrakech. Morning breakfasts on the roof garden terrace, with views of the first snows on the High Atlas, then off to explore. Ismael organised an excellent guide who gave us a 4 hour tour the first morning, visiting the main...

We stayed here for a week halfboard and cannot complain about anything. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't do anymore for you. The food every night was delicious and real Moroccan food. Our waiter explained everything we had to eat and how they make it and with what ingredients etc. Our room was always cleaned well and...

Got a really cheap deal as someone messed up with the advertising room rate. As a result, we were largely ignored at this riad. It's beautiful but I would not stay there again , nor would I recommend it.

We've been there for 5 days. Hotel is really traditional, if you want to enjoy old Medina and this kind of city life in Marrakech, you will appreciate hotels location. Its smashing about 10 minutes for walk from the main square - Jemma. Hotel was clean, staff was kind and breakfast was good - especially their orange juice was delicious....

Stayed 5 nights in the Orient Express suite with my sister. Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated property, attentive service. Staff speaks excellent English. They arranged to have a staff member meet us at the nearby taxi stand at Place du Moukef (pronounced MOQF) so that we had no trouble finding the riad on arrival. They also arranged a nice transfer car...

4 night in the saphyr suite with our private jacuzzi and indoor terrasse. Lovely staff. I speak French so no problem with communication. Their English was excellent too. Everyone was helpful. We loved the breakfast as it s different from your full English or continental. Hotel organised transfers to and from the airport with no issues what so ever. Staff...

I loved the quiet, the comfort, the attention to detail, the service and the beauty of this riad. The managerial staff was extremely attentive to my needs and very helpful. The staff was courteous and very responsive. I loved the rooftop garden where you could have your meals, enjoy a glass of wine, and rest by the pool in the...

My partner and I spent a lovely few days at this riad. I was uncertain at first whether to book a a hotel or go for a riad, but I definitely made the right choice. It's a unique and more personal experience and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. It was my partners 30th and they went out of...

Very helpful staff, located in the old city, decent breakfast and dinner. However, a Riad isn't suitable for small children and sadly for me I realised this after having arrived. Having spoken to Ishmael (the manager) about this, he kindly helped me book another hotel and arranged the transfer.
