Just got home from a fantastic 4 night stay in Marrakech. The riad was absolutely wonderful, very authentic Moroccan experience, the staff were great & couldnt do enough for you, the rooms were lovely & very clean. We had dinner on the first evening & it was delicious. The roof terrace was lovely, we had breakfast in the sun on...

It was a nice stay in comfort and authentic atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept room. Relaxing inner yard with a small fountain. Breakfast at the rooftop was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers hammam services for a reasonable price and good quality. Taxi tour from the airport and back was provided by a modern car. Hotel is well...

Another great stay but not quite five stars this time for a couple of reasons. Firstly, because our group of four would not be arriving into Marrakech before mid-evening, we had decided to eat at the riad. Despite being in e-mail contact with Anne Hélène just days before our departure, when she reassured me that the stuffed Briouates starter (Moroccan...

This is a lovely, small Riad, 15 minutes walk from Jemaa El Fna and just inside the walls of the Medina. Most of the staff are extreme;y friendly and helpful, particularly Amin and Driz. The rooms are comfortable and there is a rooftop terrace where you can have meals, relax or just have a drink including beer and wine. We...

Spent 4 nights with friends. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are varied. We had evening meal on the first night and it was delicious. I had pre-ordered dumplings for starter which I was assured by the owner was suitable vegetarians, but they were a mixture of meat and veg. The staff provided an alternative without...

We spent two nights at this riad and I totally recommend it. It's a quite place, not far from the city center (10 minutes walking), with a unique atmosphere. We stayed in a room on the 1st floor - very quite and very clean too. The breakfasts were very complete and the dinner was also great. We also booked a...

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Marrakesh and at the same time not far from the lively city center, this is the place to stay. In addition they serve great food for reasonable price for dinner so you don't have to hassle to find a restaurant after a long day of visits.

Great location! Easy to access to most of the sight seeing spot and located in very safe area. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very professional and kind to respond to any requests. They even let us choose the room after arrival so that we can have nice quiet rooms upstairs. We didn't have time to try...

Incredibly attentive and helpful staff. Accommodation was beautiful, clean and extremely peaceful within a bustling city. Breakfast was very nice with small daily variations. 10/15 minute walk from main square but very safe and locals extremely helpful. The walk is literally a straight line so can't get lost. If I was asked to pay double the price I wouldn't hesitate,...

Staying at Riad Alwachma was one of the most unique experiences in my life. The hospitality of the staff made us feel home. The style, decor and setting is amazing. Care for details is remarkable. Location is very good for me- very easy to find, (always use a taxi to reach it, and ask to stick to the counter's fare,...
