I cannot say enough about this facility. I travel all over the world but I cannot remember a stay as pleasant as this one in years. Naima and Youseff were so attentive and took an interest in helping me get to excursions (even when I didn't ask). I truly cannot say enough about the hospitality the staff exhibited. The room and entire Riad was spotless, and my room was comfortable and spacious. Every morning, Youseff met me on the rooftop terrace, ready to serve me breakfast and coffee with a smile on and something nice to say. If you are looking for a comfortable, care free stay in Marrakech, i STRONGLY advise staying here, as I will make this a permanent stop whenever passing through.

We stayed here for just one night, but we were very well received. Our flight was at 6am, so they had our breakfast ready by 3:30 which is absolutely amazing and out of the expected. The Riad is gorgeous, and just a short walk to the main square. Rooms are large and comfortable, but the greatest highlight was their hospitality.

We booked to bring our 18 year old son and twelve year old daughter for a 3 night trip to Marrakesh. Riad El Wiam is set right in the heart of the medina, within walking distance to all of the sights. We were greeted like old friends upon arrival. We booked a pick up from the airport and Simo met us at the taxi. Whilst we were there our son celebrated his 18th birthday and Naima presented him with a cake, which was so thoughtful. The rooms are clean and the Riad is stunning, from its courtyard with fountain to its rooftop terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly, Abdul was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and looked after us throughout our stay. It can be a little daunting when you first come to Marrakesh but most of the locals are very friendly. I would definitely stay here and recommend here to friends if you want to experience the real Marrakesh.

Riad El Wiam - A Fantastic 'Must-Visit' Riad An enchanting riad, set in an ideal location, minutes to the main square and other attractions, and a taxi service available from the Riad for those other trips. Cannot express how relaxed and at home the staff made me feel, they're absolutely lovely, warm and friendly yet very professional, and they would even go that extra mile for you, they made our stay very enjoyable I'd go as far to say almost tailored. This Riad is a chain of 3 Riads I think, and they are all unique in their own way, offering hammams to melt you away from the craziness of the organised chaos - that is Marrakesh and the others provide traditional local delicious dishes. Food can be a bit tricky for me as I have special dietary requirements however this was well catered for, even when our usual waiter was not on shift, his replacement was aware of my intolerance's and produced yet another outrageous treat. We truly loved our stay here and I'm sure you will, infact if you find Marrakesh a bit to chaotic, you'll love the calmness of this riad and it's staff, this alone is well worth the visit to Marrakesh.

This Riad is silent oasis in a great location. We also appreciated delicious breakfasts, transfer from/to the airport, friendly staff, who helped us with all requirements and cleaning services every day.
