Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Room had an open bathroom, which was cool, but strange. It was difficult to find. We took the bus and found the pharmacy nearby and were about to call the Riad but two men insisted on "showing" us the way and then insisted both get paid, even though we repeatedly told them no...

The riad is in the outskirts of the medina. It's about a ten-minute walk to the start of that area and 25 minutes to the Big Square. I was given a map to show how to walk from the riad to the main part of the medina. The men at the pharmacy on the map are very helpful if you...

I have travelled in Morocco three times now, and compared with other riads I've stayed at, this one was so nice to the price. There wasn't a thing that the staff couldn't do if we asked! The guy Anas and the girls were so kind-hearted and when we left it felt like saying goodbye to your friends. I arrived a...

The house is lovely, the rooms are clean. The staff was nice only upon arrival, because we payed right after that. The dinner they offered us in Riad was the worst and the most expensive in our hole trip. It was made in microwave and was sell to us as a home cooked meal. They keep changing the prices.

First of all the staff was very friendly and the service at the beginning was very good. After two nights though (complete payment was on the second day) the manager didnt seem to care that much any more and we were denied a couple of things like having breakfast on the terrace (simply because he didnt want to bring it...

We are a hungarian couple from England. We spent 4 nights in the Riad, and we can say,we had a lovely time there. Who is looking for a not expensive and traditional place to stay, we offer them. Our english is not too good, and I think, the previous two reviews described everything about the place and the staff. But we would like...

If you arrive by car, your first impression will be 'where the heck am I and where is this place??'. This is because the Riad is inside the Medina and not accessible be the roads, which ends on the back-side of the Medina. My first suggestion is to ask the driver to call the Riad so the porter will be...

Our stay at Riad Dar Nael was absolutely lovely, the main reason why we loved our stay at this Riad was due to the staff as they really made us feel at home! Anas welcomed us upon arrival and was a great host throughout the duration of our stay, always giving honest advice about the locals and getting about. We...

The riad is far from center, in kind of a dangerous part of medina. Beside the fact that is really difficult to find it, the local people just make it harder by keep telling you all the time that "the road is closed!" so u can go after them, really get lost and perhaps remain without money, also. On first day...

Its beautiful without a doubt. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The only problem, and I have to admit its part our problem of not surveying, was on the excessive transport fee that they charged us. 15 euro for less than 10 minutes one way taxi ride from the square to the riad was a bit too much as...
