We stayed here for six nights in December-January. The riad had very nice decorations and furniture, both in the room and the common area. It was a little bit dark and cold, candles and some lanterns had made the riad cosy and more welcoming.
Right in the middle of Medina, 5 min walk to the main square, in the heart of crazy busy Souk. However, because it's in the side alley, it's surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Beautiful original, traditional interiors. Big roof terrace with tables, lounges and sunshine.

This beautifully decorated Riad is only 3 minutes walk away from the Famous Djem El Fnaa square. It's easy to find, even at night.
