We landed early in the morning in Marrakech after an early start from Basel. Our baggage got somehow lost between Basel and Marrakech (sic!) and after taking care of formalities for the baggage we took transfer to the Eden Andalou. After already a long morning, we have been welcomed at the hotel very well with a smile, wonderful moroccan tee...

Me and my friend stayed 10 days first weeks in September 2013. Realistically we knew with the money we paid it would not be like a 5 star in UK, however our room was spacious & clean, bed comfortable, what else does one need! You have a choice of pools with entertainment at the pool which was fun to watch...

Trip advisor review Eden Andalou lie on several occasions, it's not a 5* hotel, it's not really an all inclusive, it's not clean, and the food is definitely a no go. The staff have obviously not been trained in customer service as you receive a grunt as you walk into the restaurant where you must give your room number, none...

Me and a friend booked this place for a long weekend and it was fairly cheap so we were not expecting too much! Upon arrival there was extensive building works taking...

firstly please take this review as our opinion of our experience. Firstly the first words out of the receptionists mouth was "you owe tax at the end of your stay" we had no tour of the facilities and soon realised that this was not what we classed as a five star resort. Currently here enjoying cold food, beer in plastic beakers and building work going on adjacent to the pool. There are positives which included Marrakech itself is fantastic and the people and staff are lovely - however having already complained about the noise from the building work it still continues! Yesterday was grinder day, today is hammer time!! Was after a...

We were slightly worried about the hotel after reading the reviews. However, we did not have any problems during our stay. The reception staff were friendly and efficient on arrival. When we were showed to our room it was a good size and clean. The maids were good and we had clean towels every day. The pool was cold -...
