We stayed at Angsana Riad for nine nights, when we visit Marrakech. The Riad is nicely decorated and the service is friendly and personal. The Riad manager, Walid and "Cous Cous" gave us very good service and all the staff also.

The Riad is very nice but not having hot water all week does ruin your holiday. The last two days the Riad and rooms smelt like a sewer. The smell made me feel sick and kept me awake. A pity as my husband brought me away for my 50 Birthday

You walk down a narrow street and the Riad is hidden behind a plain door. Step inside and it is a calm oasis away from the main square, the souks etc. It is very centrally located and it what felt like a safe area. It only has a few rooms and the service is very good - mint tea on...

On arrival we were greeted with a refreshing iced mint tea, a smile and welcome sit down in beautiful surroundings - well away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a beautiful Riad with a sunny roof top terrace, airy main courtyard with pool - just like the pictures! We had a fantastic large airy room, comfy...

Stayed in the Bab Firdaus riad for a long week end and was not disappointed - the riad was well located near the palaces and within walking distance of the medina. Our room was small but perfectly formed and very clean and confortable. The room is serviced twice a day and the staff are very friendly and cannot do enough...

Great Riad. The facilities, rooms, common areas are very very well kept, clean, everything works, good toiletries, and your room is beautifully scented in the evening. Great sheets and bed. The staff is wonderful, breakfast is SUPER awesome. Location is a 5-10 minutes walk to the square, very near Bahia Palace.

We stayed ar Bab Firdaus for 3-nights during October. The service was exemplary; possibly too ingratiating for some. Our room was "bijoux" but exactly what I was expecting. Location is along a quiet backstreet and is a 12 to 15-minute walk from the main square. We spent very little time in the Riad; had the rooftop terrace been available we...

Stayed at this Riad from 13-17 July 2009. Must admit that I was apprehensive upon my arrival as it was close to midnight. Also, this is my first visit to Marrakech. I was met by the Riad Resort Host and accompanied by 2 uniformed guards about 200 metres from the Riad as there was no access for cars to drive...

After a messy "booking odysee" with SPLENDIA and cancellation of a confirmed suite in another Angsana Riad, we were placed in Riad Bab Firdaus, also Angsana Riad Collection. The Riad is small, by far not as green as we expected, not as romantic as it should be (bright lights, barely no candles at night...). Location was good, the room was...
