Riad Jean Claude is an oasis just outside the walls of the Fes el Bali ... a perfect location and a wonderful host. Jean-Claude gave us good advice on navigating the Medina, eating and helped advise us on the best way to get to Marrakesh and took us both to purchase our onward tickets and then dropped us off at...

A really lovely place to stay. A beautiful garden, swimming pool and a view from our room. Jean Claude picked us up and dropped us back to the rail and gave excellent advise on places to eat. A wonderful stay. We enjoyed being in Fes and would stay again.

This Riad is just a couple of minutes walk from the Main Street of the Medina- Telaa kabira. Walk up the hill and there are lots of cheap restaurants selling tagines etc for about 40dh. You have to walk through the part of the souk selling meat to get there. We witnessed one butcher trying to get live chickens to...

We stayed three nights at Riad Jean Claude. Our host Jean Claude was very friendly and helpful, and the staff were efficient and attentive. Great location, close to the medina. Pool area peaceful, secluded, very relaxing place to refresh after a busy day. Courtyard is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the breakfast selections, including the most delicious rghaif ( Moroccan pancakes)...

We loved our 4 nights at Riad Jean Claude. It’s a great pity it has only 3 rooms so more people can experience the delightful hospitality of Jean Claude who could not do enough to assist us and make our stay in Fez enjoyable. He not only picked us up at the railway station, took us for a tour around...

This Riad is about 1 minute (walking) distance from the Fes Medina and it offers a perfect base for exploring the Medina's exotic, eclectic and fascinating shops, mosques and restaurants. Jean Claude, the Riad's owner, picked us up at the train station in Fes and drove us to the Riad itself, where a welcoming mint tea and nuts were soon...

My wife and I recently stayed at Riad Jean Claude for 7 nights. Jean Claude is a very warm and welcoming host who ensures your stay is pleasant throughout. He is happy to help sort any queries, organise taxis, facilitate day trips etc - he even went as far as providing a guide book of Fes. Pros: - Jean Claude...

We stayed at Riad Jean Claude in Fes twice on our month long trip as we were so happy there the first time. We stayed 5 nights in early November and 3 nights in December. Riad Jean Claude is located just outside one of the quiet gateways to the medina. The property is very unassuming from the outside but step...

We just returned from a week-long vacation in Fes that we spent at Jean-Claude's Riad where we felt like home. In addition to the great location, 2-minutes walking distance from the core of the medina but still far enough to have a nice view from the second floor and space for some sunlight in the garden, Jean-Claude has been extremely...

We stayed in Riad Jean Claude for two nights in October. We booked the Fes twin room because this was the only one available. Like the Meknes room this room is situated on the highest floor of the Riad. The room has a private terrace which gives you a great view over the Fes medina. The room was quite small...
