Stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting Fes. The riad itself is simply beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Our room was up 2 flights of stairs (a little tricky with heavy bags) but worth the walk. A big, comfy 4 poster bed, large bathroom with lovely open type shower...

We stayed 2 nights at Riad Tizwa recently, and couldn't have been more impressed with it. The riad itself is so gorgeous; as soon as you walk in you're greeted with a feeling of serenity (not to mention friendly staff and of course steaming cups of mint tea!) Each room is totally different to the next, which makes it feel...

Upon arriving at Riad Tizwa, you instantly feel relaxed, surrounded by the banana leaves and whitewashed Traditional Moroccan wood carvings that adorn the doorways, and depending on what time you arrive, the crackling of the Wood burner that keeps the communal lounge area warm and cosy..a definite favourite! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and...

Greeted after a long train ride to piping hot mint-tea by the fireplace was a sign that we had chosen the right riad. Tizwa is beautiful and ornate but most of all it's comfortable and ended up being our best night's sleep in Morocco. The room was uniquely decorated with red curtains and cool lamps that cast a kaleidoscope effect...

We took the whole riad to celebrate a 50th birthday with friends. Thank you to Merieme and all at Tizwa for the warm welcome, great hospitality and delicious breakfasts and dinners. Nothing is too much trouble and we felt at home from the minute we stepped through the door. They even arranged the sunshine! Thank you!

Driving ourselves around Morocco, we could not have made a better choice in Fez than Riad Tizwa. Parking nearby, the Riad is convenient on the edge of the Medina. Miriam, with Mohamed and Yussef in support, met every demand in a cheerful and helpful manner. Food was provided when required otherwise there are ample choices of cuisine close at hand...

We really enjoyed our stay at riad tizwa. Everything was clean, the riad had a welcoming homely vibe to it with a fire downstairs on cold evenings a lovely roof terrace with tables and sun loungers and friendly staff. You can have their delicious breakfast anywhere you like in the riad which makes you feel very at home. Couldn't have...
