We have never been waited on so attentively than as we were by the staff at the Riad El Yacout. After we came in at the end of a long day, the staff would always prepare tea for us and want to see how our day went. Even when we were preparing to leave, they went to the train station...

My girlfriend was travelling there with a friend of hers. Both girls had their birthdays and Khadija and the rest of the staff were so kind and nice as to help me prepare them a surprise (all managed via email!), plus they added some nice things on their own. So considering what my GF said about how nice the hotel...

This place was amazing! We didn't find it ourselves but we were sent to it when our booked riad couldn't accommodate us. It's probably the best riad in fes! They were so great, and friendly. It's close to the medina so it's very continent to walk around for dinner and shopping. Arrange to get a tour by the tourism office,...

We actually stayed here because there was a plumbing problem at the Riad we had originally booked. It worked out so well. The place is amazing, the food was great, and the staff was unbelievable too. It's in a convenient location to the Medina, making walking around easy. U2 stayed there for 2 weeks and filmed a music video there....

I didn't quite know what to expect when dropped off on a busy street in Fes. Staff were on hand to load our luggage onto carts and lead us down two streets and then down a long and narrow passage to a large doorway. The maze of streets gave no indication that a luxury hotel was located her. The door...

My adult daughter and I stayed here after booking a Moroccan tour with a tour company. This riyad is a hidden gem off the side streets of Fez. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Fez!

As part of our tour of Morocco we spent 2 nights at Riad Yacout in Fes. You walk down a quaint alley way from the street to a large antique entry door which opens onto this beautiful atrium with a fountain in the middle. You would not have expected this from the outside view. The staff welcomed us with mint...

We are four families holiday in Morroco. Yacout is elegant cozy place to stay, traditional Morroco style middle class building, nice poor, brilliant indoor courtyard, fine exquisite furnitures, especially their golden living room. Plentiful breakfast, the kitchen made fresh hand made bakery for guests. The suite is enough space to stay, stunning mosaics bath tub, luxurious bedding. The service also...

First of all the staff here are amazing! They are so nice. I was very upset that the management did not provide a tip jar. That is wrong. They were all so helpful and the service was excellent. The place itself feels like a palace, much bigger than a typical Riad and the rooms are set back from the open...

Stayed two nights on the year end/new year's days and enjoyed New Year's Eve dinner party at the riad (and when I went back to my room, found a sweet new year-message card and cookies from the staff). The room was not big but clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professionally supported my journey. Had no...
