The center court and lobby of this Riad is stunning--beautiful tile and wood. Our rooms were acceptable, the host very accommodating, and the traditional Moroccan dinner was excellent. It would be very difficult to find on one's own, but after our taxi from the train station dropped us off, we walked about a half a mile and voila! there it...

This was the best hotel experience I have had in Fes. The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful! I arrived late at night and it was after a very tiring desert trip. The hotel prepared dinner for me even though I was so tired I just went straight to bed. The owner is a fantastic host who took me in as...

Even tho we had prepaid for everything from here (US) - when we got there late in the evening, the owner (a rather rude person) made us stand in the lobby as he explained why we had to pay extra for each bed in the rooms. He wouldn't even let us sit down or serve us tea (he could see...

We were on a three-week trip in Morocco and when I booked this hotel, I was thinking: eh, this must be another riad with 4.xx rating on tripadvisor with reviews submitted by its staffs... Even before knocking at the door, I still believed in the same way because it is located in a small and dark alley in an unimpressive...

I could write a 10 page review about Mr. K. Mohammed the owner who resides at the hotel. His actions and behavior proved to be deceitful, dishonest, and manipulative, And while there are numerous complaints that could be presented about the manager who tried to sell her network marketing goods to us upon our arrival, it is the owner’s behavior...

I've never requested so much help from staff in a place I've stayed before. They were ALWAYS willing to help with a smile and dedicating all the time possible, even making phone calls to stores to give me directions later. Rashid was so good and Zahra is just a star manager; super friendly and a great support. Even if the...

Avoid this trap! We booked a day trip out of Fez with a tour Company who had nice reviews in Tripadvisor.... But when we arrived to this Riad we been told that the price we booked the trip for is very expensive as they offered the same trip for cheaper price, so we cancelled the first booking and book their...

This 800 year old Riad is beautifully restored and is ideally located just inside the Medina. It offers a sanctuary from the mayhem of the Medina but within a short walk of all the action. Facilities are good but the star feature of this Riad are the two staff, Rashid and Olia, who attended our every need/wish with friendship and...

This was our first visit to Morocco and were exhausted after almost 12 hours of travelling. As we walked to the riad, I have to admit we were a bit skeptical. However, the riad was a visual treat! Tiles, inlay, painted ceilings, carved wooden doors and windows, gave testimony to the hard work and love that was put into the...

Only stayed here for one quick night, but the Riad was clean and very well maintained and decorated. The common area when you first walked in was very large and open air. They were also able to accommodate us by serving us an early breakfast as we were leaving on a desert tour very early in the morning. I wish...
