Very important facility missing at this stage: wifi!! In fact, it boasts having connection, but it doesn't reach the rooms and is weak at Reception! This hotel is far away from the city, you need to take a taxi to get there. Another fault: no fruit at any meal! As for the rest, it's ok. Yet, I would readily change...

We really liked the Palaace. The room was super! Very Moroccan. The wait staff, --and bar staff were son nice and we really got great service, Kamil,Aziz, , Berou, and others ! The front desk was a little snobbish though ! We enjoyed!

Upon arrival we were told they could not find our booking, despite having already paid for three nights through a travel agency. We had to insist they search for our booking and eventually they conceded. Every other interaction with the hotel staff was pretty much the same, even management. On the bright side, the room was nice and the facilities...

The hotel décor is very attractive and on the first look impresses you. The lobby is like a palace and the garden outside is well laid. The main difficulty is the lack of proper lifts. When there is a crowd it is very difficult to go to your rooms on the upper floors. Luggage takes time to come to your...

Stayed at this hotel in September as it was the hotel booked by Platin Tours. The room that I got is crowede with old furniture and the cleanliness level needs improvement. The bed seems to be made of very cheap materials and cannot support my body well. This hotel is also far from the city and attractions. During the first...

Enjoyed the two nights we stayed in the hotel. Huge lobby and maintained garden. Rooms are really big, clean and bed is comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were OK with nice selection of vegetables. The hotel is located far from tourist attractions yet getting there use "petit taxi" for around 20 Dirham. Reasonable speed Wifi is functioning only in the lobby.

Location: was away from the city and touristy places, nothing walkable nearby. Property: Dim rooms giving a feel old unclean feel, especially from curtains and Arabic style sitting area in the room. Bed was just about ok. Air conditioning was the awful part, throughout the hotel and it was pretty hot (around 40 degrees), disastrous! Facilities: they have a good...
