The location of the hotel is good. you can almost reach to the hotel by taxi. Btw all the taxis I took in Fez use meter, which makes the price fair and not high. The staff are super nice in the hotel. The room looked clean, but the bedroom had smell (from the carpets maybe) and the bathroom had smell...

Location is perfect. Inside old city with only 2 minutes walking to the gate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is like other morocco riads, same menu everyday. However, I found some small insects in the room which didn't bother me.

The staff is amazing, very very helpful and friendly, all of them. The rooms are big with very comfortable beds and even twin rooms have huge beds. The view from the roof is amazing. The one thing I think they should definitley improve are the small steps they have on the floor (at least one in the lobby and another...

This is such an incredible quaint riad! Our family was so sad that we only had two nights here because this place truly felt like home. From the minute we arrived, the manager Mohammed was so hospitable and kind. We were one of two groups staying in the riad and he made sure to do everything within his capabilities to...

The welcome is both warm and genuine. Service left nothing to be desired. The room size was great for the price we paid. Breakfast on the roof gave us both great views and great food. Location is about five minutes walk from the Bab Boujloud with its great atmosphere and restaurants. No real negatives other than the fact that like...

Mohammed was an amazing host and super helpful. The riad itself is beautiful with an authentic Moroccan feel. The room was really spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the medina and is accessible by taxi too! Would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay in this riad. The staff was always friendly and helpful, our rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. Every day we were welcomed by a very good breakfast in Moroccan style- they had amazing black olives and freshly squeezed orange juice! The place is well located- very close to the old medina.

This is the quintessential Moroccon decor. Intricate tile pattern, engraved doors and ornate furnishing. The riad is very clean and the rooms come equipped with AC and TV. The staff is exceptional. They are very willing to help with all request. Moassim (pardon my spelling) is the friendliest and most attentive host you'll ever meet. If you are English speaking...

“The room on the ground floor is next to the reception area. It didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to ask for a room on the upper floors so as not to be bothered by noise when people are checking out early in the morning.”
