The Algila Fes riad offers charming, personal service in a stunning setting. Both the public and the private spaces of the riad are perfectly lovely. The staff members go out of their way to ensure their guest's comfort. We often encountered staff members outside of the riad, running their errands or heading home. They always stopped to say hello and...

We spent three nights at the Algila Fes and loved it. It is a traditional riad, closed to the outside but warm and welcoming and luxurious inside. The staff are warm, English speaking, attentive and professional. All the rooms are beautiful and open on to an interior courtyard. Some are up a flight of stairs. The bed was comfortable, the linens...

Charming ryad in the heart of Fes medina. Comfy and spacious rooms. But the highlight of this place is their staff. Very friendly and helpful. In particular I would like to thank their manager Houda. Who introduced us an excellent guide and also helped us with many other arrangements. Definitely coming back again.

If you want a traditional experience with unparalleled customer service, the Algila is your best choice. From the moment I made my reservation, until my departure, the staff was professional, attentive, and quite courteous. Located inside the Medina (only pedestrian traffic to the hotel, so pack light, or use suitcases that can be pushed easily), you are in the heart...

We had an excellent stay at Riad Algila. The Riad is just beautiful and very quiet, and the service outstanding. It is very well located to dicover the marvels of the Medina of Fes. I definitely recommend staying here.

Since I last wrote a review of this awesome Riad, it has slipped from No 7 to No 9 on Tripadvisor. I can't imagine why? It is just as good as it was the first time I stayed here, and is undoubtedly one of the best options in the old medina. One of the nice things about this place is...

We had arranged to be picked up from the railway station - and this had all been organised very easily in advance with the hotel. On arrival, we were led through the winding maze that is the medina in Fes and given the traditional welcoming cup of mint tea while the staff outlined what was available in the area. The...

This place is very clean and nice. Their front staff was very pleasant.Although , I thought that the main manager was very pushy. She seemed to want us to book everything Fes and beyond with her. The breakfast was very good. The staff needs an extra load of applause for running the place so well. It is a very beautiful riad.

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a bigger room, adjoining our daughters. We loved the rainwater shower head, the nice slippers and the comfortable bed. The air conditioning was perfect, as were our meals on the terrace. We requested an evening meal which was delicious. It was our daughter's first Moroccan meal and a great introduction to the food...
