All five of our hotel/riad experiences in Morocco were really positive, but our experience at Dar Faracha Fes was the best. Although a very narrow alley brings you to the door of the riad, that alley--in a quiet residential neighborhood in the medina--will soon feel welcoming, and the riad's location is just about ideal within the medina. The individual rooms...

Dar Faracha is well located in the medina. Rooms are very well decorated and very quiet and comfortable. Homemade breakfast is complete and delicious, with fruit and fresh products. The views from the terrasse are amazing . Joelle and the staff are so kind and attentive. Perfect place to stay in Fes.

We stayed two nights here and loved this small, beautifully decorated Dar. The family room was cosy and warm and the food for breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and the owner was helpful from the moment she met us in Place Rcif to the moment she waved goodbye from the same spot. She organised an...

The room was clean with traditional morocco style decoration. The staff there were always nice with smile. The riad located at the heart of medina, we can enjoy a nice view of medina at the rooftop. The owner was so considerate, she picked us up when we arrived, as it was a little bit hard to find the way to...

nice clean place right in the heart of Medina. Owner is a wonderful nice lady, always helpful and friendly. Not easy to find (as anything else in the Medina), so better use a guide to get to the riad.

The best place to stay in Fes! I have too many good things to say about this place. -Wonderful host! We felt so welcome by the owner, she went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. From walking us dinner so we didn't get lost, to making us a homemade dinner one night when we weren't feeling well to...

The Riad is really nice and peaceful, though impossible to find on your own at your arrival, do not even try! Joelle is very dedicated to help her guests. She's amazingly helpful and generous, and helped us plan whatever thing we wanted to do (Hamam, excursions, etc). The food is delicious, the breakfast is very diverse and always with fresh...

The Riad is very close to Place Rcif, an excellent location in the heart of the medina but away from the more touristy area around The Blue Gate. Joelle and her staff are friendly and look after all your needs. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place for breakfast and to relax at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

The room is spacious with a sitting area, and most important, clean! The bathroom is also big enough! The breakfast and dinner are high in standard. I am sure I will back to this riad if I visit Fez again!

We had a wonderful four nights at this beautifully retored Dar and were very sad to leave Fes. We were made to feel very welcome. Every attention to detail was considered by Joelle and her lovely and kind all female staff. The room was immaculate and airy. The bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water. Every day...
