And the communal facilities are equally well thought out. The fact that there are only 5 suites coupled with the remarkable size of Mayfes means you are rarely...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located in the district of Douh, just a minute walk away from Talaa Shrira and 10 minutes away from the famous Bab Boujloud Blue Door, the Mayfez is a luxury guest house where you are supposed to feel like family. At the Mayfez, you can enjoy the privacy of a holiday apartment with all the services of a good hotel. Featuring a living space much above average, the Mayfez offers as much as 6 living rooms and 5 large suites equipped with air-conditioning and featuring terraces with views overlooking the medina, the pool and the garden. The en-suite bathrooms all include bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer and free toiletries. Free Wifi is available all around the property, except in the Spa area. Each day, breakfast is being served. Our in-house concierge is happy to help anytime. Upon request, our cook prepares dinner for you and you can even help if you wish so. Our kitchen is available for guests when not in use by the staff; we simply ask that you leave it as you find it. You can enjoy a selection of books, a snooker and board games for cozy evenings by the fire when winter evenings are chilly. The Mayfez is a 30-minute drive from Fes-Saiss Airport and excursions and airport transfers are available on request. The riad is 500 m from a watched underground car park. The Mayfez is unmistakably an architectural jewel of « Belle Epoque » oriental style with all comforts, conveniences and services, that a spirit of family-run Bed and Breakfast contributes to turn into a welcoming and friendly place. The owner, who partly lives at the riad, will be delighted to tell you the story of this noble family who contributed to make history of the palace and of Morocco. For all these reasons, the Mayfez stands as the main inspiration of the very first « modern oriental chic » luxury fashion brand which bears its name. ... more   less
