They lost our reservation, and because of this put us in their 'extra room' that was riddled with bed bugs, and smelled like actual sewage. The people there are nice and try to help as much as they can, but this place was a dump. Find somewhere else.

When we arrived at the Riad, they told us to wait, so we sat in he courtyard for about an hour before they even let us know what was going on: our room wasn't available! Wihtout any further explanation they handed us over to a "friend", who drove us to another place in the medina, to stay in another Riad...

We spent 2 nights here and we generally had a good experience. There are 4 of us, and we rent a car, so the first problem we encounter was: parking. Parking is 30 dirham per night, and the parking guardian changed frequently, so we need to pay 30 dirham to each guardian. Which was kind of...not good. Then the second...

We arrived after a long drive and one of the girls met us at the taxi stand to walk us to the riad so we didn't get lost in the maze of streets, thought that was nice! We also got upgraded to the large suite room which was cool and quiet. The dinner they made was lovely and the hotel...

We went there for 4 days and we had the suite room. It was so well decorated and clean, staff were lovely and trying to help and make our holidays perfect. Just two little things to improve: the toilet was wobbling and leaking water and the bed was too hard. Also, they helped us to book some tours. Regarding the...

I stayed here for three days. The room was always clean and neat. Location was very good. As it is located just two minutes by walk from the parking lot in the medina, I didn’t need to wander around the dark alley. Staffs were also perfect. They were warm and gave me various travel information of Fez not to be...

We were welcomed warmly to the Riad and the staff were extremely accommodating to any of our needs and always keen to help. The dinners were by far the best we had tasted in Morocco and in fact it was the only time we stayed in our Riad for dinner throughout the whole trip. The room was clean and comfortable...
