We went to Fes right after our desert tour so we were looking forward to our nice hotel. All in all it was a nice experience. The best part was the food. It is AMAZING! Strongly recommend it. Breakfast was very good as well. Staff super polite. View magnificent and our room had a balcony we really enjoyed. Bed comfy...

Myself, my wife and our 2 adult sons have just spent a wonderful relaxing break in this beautiful Riad. Mohamed and Manal were very friendly, polite and professional in everything they did, they were very helpful in every way possible. We stayed in The Anbar Suite, which is very spacious with ample room for 4 people, situated on the ground...

The Riad and Fez must experience. The riad and the rooms have style, personal athmosphere, are elegant with exotic touch. The origins door are impressive. The staff takes care of the guests in a Professional and charming way. They show great Hospitality and the chief at the Kitchen; Halima, made gourmet dishes. Her Cooking lession is a must into the...

We stayed at Riad Said with friends and, although the palace is beautiful and it has been beautifully restored, we encountered so many difficulties that it marred our stay. Both Malnar and Mohammed at the front desk were great, courteous, helpful and kind. The Riad is in the heart of the Medina, but it is by no means inexpensive and...

Visited in july 2016, on the 2nd visit to Morocco. We arrived in Fez late july and were picked up at the airport with the pre-arranged airport pickup, even though we were, due to the luggage issues with the airline, late exiting the aiport (+ 1 hr). Normally we avoid these airport pick-ups, as we like to travel independent, but good...

We had a great stay at the Riad Said. Our only regret is staying only two nights, not three. The Riad has a terrace with an exceptional view overlooking the medina. We were able to enjoy breakfast there in the morning (it's a bit chilly in March to have dinner on the terrace) with fresh-squeezed orange juice.. The mattress and...

A significant part of what we 'take away' from our experience as a tourist is the memory of our contact with the local people. For us, Riad Said could only provide the most positive of contact and consequently of our memories of the place. From the start Mohamed, Adjil and Sarah made us feel totally welcome, without being overly familiar...
