I stayed at this Riad for 3 nights. Nejib, Mahdi, Mostapha and Mariam were wonderful hosts. I arrived at 12:30am and they were patiently waiting for me and accommodated me even though I had arrived earlier than my reservation. They didnt overcharge me for the unexpected night I spent, which I really appreciated. As for the actual accommodation, I had...

We stayed here as part of a 6 day tour. This Riad is tough to find. But once inside, its a nice piece of traditional flair. The rooftop terrace provides a great view of Fez. The dinner was good, the breakfast was your typical Moroccan bread/carb heavy choosings. They even had a few beers onsite at dinner. My bathroom leaked...

The hotel is just perfect, nice staff and great location. This was one of the best hotels in Morocco and I enjoyed very much the location which is very nice decorated and is a lovely place. The location is also great for a walking tour in the city and you have lots of shops around, also the bus station is...

The bad point is that it's impossible to find without the help from the locals. The good points are that the host was friendly with us. He welcomed us and offered us a welcome tea right away. Then he showed us our room which was big enough. There was enough hot water for the two of us but we had...

We were booked by Explore Morocco Tours to stay at this Riad for 3 nights. We reached at 10pm and checked out at 8am the next day and moved to a nearby Riad! The toilets were stinking and had no hot water. In the bath tub, there was neither hot nor cold water. The beds were sinking to the centre...

I have stayed in different kinds of places and even some 2-star hotel or hostel. But this riad is definitely the worst experience. Customer service: receptionist is very unhelpful and not responsible for their promises. They promised to secure a bus ticket at around noon but denied the promise late at night at around 9 which make us impossible to...

We spent there one night. Place is very close to the main street. Big (and pleasant, clean) rooms, view from roof (where we got our breakfast…) and very hospitable staff. As usual in Riads, the isolation from street noise is good, but you hear noises from the inner yard (of other guests are noisy, which as not so in our...

The rooms were lovely and well equipped, and Mehdi was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. They have a sister riad a few doors down where you can get a drink, if that's your thing.

Mehdi from Riad Naila saved my trip. We stayed at Naila 1 night only, but it felt immediately like home. It's quiet, beautiful, clean, easy to get to, the beds are super comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are nicer than most bathrooms at American hotels I've stayed at, and the staff are top notch. Also, breakfast was plentiful...

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Tidy. We stayed 4 nights 2nd - 6th March in the sherif suite on the ground floor. Very posh, comfy and elegant throughout. However, you can here all the comings and goings, so if you are a light sleeper, (or want adult lone time) chose the first floor. Was slightly cold at night, but to be expected...
