Since day one they were responsive and we discovered they took special interest in our needs. We were really tired from our desert tour and they welcomed us with mint tea and delicious Moroccan cookies. We had a lot of luggage and tried to carry at least one bag to help out but they didn’t allow us to pick up...

We stayed in this beautiful Ryad for 3 nights in a fabulous suite. Everything about this wonderful place is first class! Upon entering the riad you are welcomed into the batio (atrium) with a fountain, trees, cozy sitting areas and music and served mint tea. We then were given a tour of the riad and shown to our beautiful suite....

Absolutely beautiful with a bit of history. Location is great at the edge of the Medina. The room is clean, and service is amazing. But what really stood out is when they tell you "this Riad is supposed to be like home for you." And it is. I had food poisoning from the previous leg of my vacation, and they...

“I booked a room with a double bed. We got an isle that had been accommodated as a room. One bed as you passed the door and the other one at the end of the isle. One of the beds was awful. That is not a room. Not good at all. The personnel were extremely helpful. They tried to fix the bed as soon as I told them about it. They also gave us some instructions that were helpful. ”
