Riad Jamai is a Riad (B&B) managed by two friendly and very helpful Moroccan locals, Mohamed and another guy whose name I don't remember. To be honest, I expected to meet the owner(s) whom I have been messaging to but they never mentioned that in our correspondence , nor they have ever written their names at the end of each...

Although the Riad Jamai is hard to find, it is a beautiful property located deep in the medina. Located far from the touristy part of Fes, the hotel is a great chance to see the real medina. On top of this, the staff was outstanding in every way. I cannot possibly say enough good about them.

Our family of 5 booked two rooms for two night but when we arrived we found out that each room only has two single beds. When we asked to move to the suite where the five of us can fit in Mohammad immediately arranged for this. When his brother returned later he agreed to only charge a small additional fee...

Riad Jamai is a great hotel in a central position within the Medina, it's really hidden though with no signs around! We had a nice clean room and had a very good sleep here. So why is my review only 2 stars? The staff are incredibly dishonest (although I don't think it's their fault, it's more the fault of an...

Fantastic stay at Riad Jamai and cannot rate our stay highly enough! The Rooms are luxurious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was fresh with lots of variety and the roof terrace offered a perfect space to relax and soak up the sun. We went as a group of girls and was a little concerned about our safety when out and...

Our stay at Riad Jamaï has been one of the best experiences we had in all of Morocco, so much so we hoped that we have stayed for longer. Both of the brothers who worked there are friendly, helpful, patient and very attentive. We had to catch a 3am train on our departure, one of the brothers helped us arrange...

We spend 2 nights here in June and loved our stay here. The manager (who's name escapes me now) didn't speak great English but was very kind and helpful. Our room was adorable and the rooftop terrace is a great place to sip some wine while watching the sunset. We ate dinner at the riad both nights and both meal...

This is the hotel for you should you want to live like a pasha. On our arrival, tea, and cookies were served as welcome gesture. Well, no Marriott, or le Meridien had ever done this little service for me. This former mansion is classified as a Riad, because it has an open atrium, or courtyard, a fountain and swimming pool,...

The experience was superb, from the Staff who truly make you feel at home (Thank you Fatima for taking me to the Hammam, your tenderness and great breakfast food, Samira who is angelic really, and of course the star Rachid who is a true gentleman and would do anything for your comfort) The manager who I only saw twice briefly...

We had such a fantastic experience here at Riad Jamai! The staff was so lovely and accommodating and provided us with great meals, beautiful rooms and and fantastic tour guides. Because Fes is a tough place to walk around and not get lost, the Jamai staff made sure to help us book cars to dinners and locations further from the...
