Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca stands out for its cleanliness and exquisite atmosphere, with travelers often complimenting its well-kept spaces and welcoming vibe. The hotel's amenities, including a praised spa and dining options, along with exceptional service, contribute to an enhanced guest experience. Although the comfortable and luxurious rooms receive accolades, some guests point out occasional wear.
While the picturesque location is admired, the distance from town and beach services have drawn some concerns. Mixed feelings on value suggest that experiences may vary.

I stayed at the Four Seasons for one night in April. My experience with the hotel overall was good, however did not blow my mind away. After visiting the front desk we were sat outside on the lobby restaurant terrace and had lunch before our room was ready. Lunch was fine, our turkey club sandwich barely had any turkey in it and the chairs were extremely firm, not the most comfortable after a flight in from New York. After lunch we were able to get into our room after passing through the interior of the lobby restaurant which we noticed was very nicely decorated and cozy. Our room was large and mostly very nice, it does show some signs of age, and some slightly beat up furniture here and there; the “upgrade” partial ocean view was lackluster with most of our view of a main road and grass. Later in the evening we had dinner at Bleu, a huge restaurant off the lobby. The decor of this space is interestingly not very locally inspired or very cozy and inviting, it was brightly lit and you could easily have been in a generic budget hotel anywhere in America, it was weird. The dinner was delicious and the service was lovely and friendly. However, the next morning breakfast was also served at Bleu and it was an absolute disaster, not only were 9/10 pieces of food we tried inedible, the energy of the staff was off putting, frantic and the opposite of inviting, to the point we walked out after eating one bite of our tasteless omelets and a nibble of one or two of the mediocre buffet options. The hotel is located next to a small mall, there wasn’t anything noteworthy in the immediate vicinity. The hotel seemed to take security seriously having our bags pass through a metal detector before check in, however later on we found all gates that allowed entry to the property were unlocked and there was a wide open door off the lobby with no attendant and the metal detector turned off, allowing anyone to enter with anything they want, also weird.

We stayed 1 night after arriving in Morocco as part of a 10d high end/luxury tour. The check in process was smooth, but was also facilitated by our private guide so no face to face interaction. It took longer than expected for the bags to arrive (we did call down to expedite after 30min) - the bellhop was pleasant and eager once he did arrive. Subsequent currency exchange at the front desk was pleasant but note there is $250USD per room limit and a 50DIR fee (about $5USD)
No issues with the room - lovely patio for two people facing the inner courtyard (long linear courtyard with the far edge along the beach so majority of rooms don’t have an ocean view I assume). Large bathroom with good quality amenities / slippers / robe. Turndown includes a bottle of water for both nightstands which was appreciated. Four seasons beds are always comfortable.
The high point was absolutely the breakfast buffet. Absolutely higher quality and more expansive than average. Coffee/tea/fresh squeezed juices and smoothies included (not always the case!) and lots of choices for Western and more traditional Moroccan options alike. The service was friendly, professional and welcoming.
Service at the beach view patio was slow enough to be remarkable, although pleasant. There is zero alcohol served which may influence the choice for some.
Overall a very pleasant room and breakfast for our one day stay. Location had a large mall next to it and community seemed walkable. We didnt use the spa facilities so can’t comment there

We stayed 5 nights at FS Casablanca, for recreation after several days in Marrakesh and the desert.
The hotel is very nicely located on the beach and on the long Boulevard de la Corniche. From here you can take long walks such as Hassan II Mosque. The hotel is built into the hillside, so access to the pool and beach are in the basement. It is beautiful green, well maintained and clean. Kind of anonymous by size.
The restaurant in the main house is ok. We mostly ate at Poolside Restaurant.
The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating in all areas. Especially at the pool you are warmly looked after.
To the room: The hallways are long and the rooms - we had a Grand Premier room with sea views - very spacious and clean. Room service is a bit sloppy when it comes to refilling cups, glasses and coffee capsules.
Next to the hotel is a small Shopping Mall with a food court upstairs. In the basement of the mall is a Carrefour. However, those who are looking for alcohol here will unfortunately be disappointed. Both the hotel and Carrefour Supermark do not have an alcohol license.
Adjacent to the mall is the Anfa Place Living Resort, which is a gated residential area on the boardwalk. In this area there are also small restaurants, which we did not visit due to the poor reviews. Only the bakery with cafe called "Paul" is recommended. We had breakfast there daily - which is much cheaper than in the hotel, when you really only need a cup of coffee or tea and a croissant in the morning.
There are many street cats around the hotel, which are very skinny and sometimes sick. We fed these cats wet food from the Carrefour twice a day. They are not good at chewing dry food, as most are still very young and they can lick the wet food out of the bowl better. Our concern therefore in conclusion: Have a heart and feed them the kittens. They are all sweet and shy, however, are very hungry. Thank you.

Our stay was disappointing even though the property was well maintained. The service at the front desk was not on par with the Four Seasons brand and more along the lines of a mid-range hotel instead.
1. Our room was not ready for check in and we were not given apologies but simply housekeeping was running late and we should wait. Another guest next to me requested a room change and the front desk agent helping him was annoyed and tried to push him off. After stays at FS Hong Kong, New York, and other locations, I would never expect service like this. 2. When I asked for the concierge to call our restaurant to notify them of our dietary restrictions, I was told they could call for me and I can speak to them instead. All in all disappointing and not five star service. That being said, the disappointing service is limited to the front desk. The valet was immensely helpful and always there when you need them. Housekeeping was prompt and reached out via WhatsApp to let us know cleaning was available whenever we were ready (as we left our DND on all day). Pool attendants were accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.
The property is beautiful and well situated. Next to AnfaMall with a supermarket on ground level. The views are outstanding and the rooms are clean and well kept. All in all a great hotel in every aspect except for service.

Four Seasons Casablanca is my little oasis in the city, perched along the golden mile, where the streets are lined with palms and the beach seems to stretch endlessly—think Palm Beach, but with more tagine and fewer flamingos. The moment you step inside, it’s all opulence and elegance, with just the right amount of “I’ve-arrived” glamour. The staff? Impeccable. They strike that rare balance of being friendly, discreet, and somehow managing to appear just as you realize you need something.
I stayed in one of their superior rooms—spacious, with a balcony big enough for morning musings. My view? Well, let's just say Anfa Place’s commercial complex wasn’t quite the romantic vista I had in mind, but if I leaned to the right and squinted, I caught a lovely slice of sea. Perfection, no—but close enough for me!
And the bed? Absolute magic. It practically ate me whole every night, making mornings a real struggle. I would’ve happily stayed cocooned there all day, but breakfast awaits—and the breakfast at Four Seasons is worth rolling out of even the coziest bed. The view is spectacular: endless beach, a lighthouse in the distance, and Casablanca laid out in all its glory. The food is as extensive as the view, but the real star? Younnes. His Moroccan tea-pouring skills are nothing short of performance art, with an extra side of hospitality.
On a slightly more dramatic note, one of my colleagues misplaced her wallet during the stay. To be fair, this may have been a case of classic travel mishap rather than anything else. But when we informed the front desk, the hotel staff immediately sprang into action, escorting us with two security personnel to check the room and reviewing the CCTV footage. Sadly, no wallet appeared, but their eagerness to help was impressive and reassuring.
In short, the Four Seasons Casablanca isn’t just a place to stay—it's an experience. And despite the minor mishaps and slightly obstructed views, it remains my top pick in the city. I'll be back, if only to try another daring neck-tilt for that perfect sea view!

What can I say. This was the best 5 star hotel I stayed at during my 15 day holiday in Morocco.
Everything about this hotel was totally perfect.
From the time my car entered the hotel the first time, there was plenty of staff waiting for us to pick up our bags and load their trolleys. Every time we came back, it was such a warm welcome and they would open and close the car door for us all the time.
Every single staff was wonderful. From the reception, to the bellboys, housekeeping, and the brilliant breakfast staff.
When I arrived, the receptionist and bellboy patiently took me to my room and showed me around. The hotel was so beautifully decorated with Christmas ornaments. The hotel is clean and very well kept. My room was cosy, so large, clean and modern. The bed was extra large and I had a great sleep.
They even brought a microwave to my room immediately when I enquired about its availability. In addition the housekeeping staff brought all additional requested items immediately without question, without fail.
Staying here I felt like a Queen! The Four Seasons brand is wonderful and I will be choosing this hotel in future.
When I wanted to take my breakfast away, the breakfast staff supplied wonderful takeaway boxes, cutlery and bags.
Treated like Royalty. You can't go wrong here. Everything is exceptional quality and they take pride in what they do. What a great hotel.
Anfaplace mall is right next door, a 2 min walk with Carrefour and the best Domino's Pizza!! And Paul's!

And just spent two nights at the Four Seasons Casablanca. The hotel is on the seafront Corniche and faces the Atlantic Ocean. We were very impressed at the understated elegance. The room was very large and well appointed and the bathroom featured separate oversized tub and shower enclosures. Everything is marble tiled. Our room faced a well manicured garden. The common areas are open and very elegant. We had breakfast at Bleu, which featured a wide variety of local and European options including made to order eggs and was complimentary. We had a wonderful lunch alfresco by the pool. Casablanca often gets overlooked compared with Marrakesh and some of the other picturesque towns. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Four Seasons is a great starting point from which to explore the city.

This may be the nicest hotel in Casablanca but we did not find that it lived up to the brand expectations of a Four Seasons Hotel or an Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts property (which this one is). On arrival, no one came to our car to help retrieve luggage until I rolled a cart over to the car myself. The hotel public spaces are unimpressive, not at all like the entry lobby of a typical Four Seasons, which usually features a spectacular foyer and elegant furnishings with a large flower arrangement. After checking into our room, we waited about 15 minutes for our bags to be delivered and 30 minutes for a bucket of ice from room service (we had brought our own wine; the hotel as noted in other reviews does not serve alcohol, which is very unusual in Morocco). Our rooms were "partial ocean view" but the hotel does not mention that those rooms look directly over a public plaza leading to the beach so there are a lot of people milling about right below your balcony. The courtyard view rooms in this case would be more peaceful and private. We waited to be seated for about 10 minutes at the restaurant and that was only after we went to find the host who had disappeared into the dining room. Food was very good but service was poor with a wait of well over 30 minutes between appetizers and main courses arriving. The breakfast buffet is varied but again nothing special, more like what you would expect at a full service Marriott. On a positive note, the hotel's location is in a nice area with easy access to beachside restaurants and a short drive to the Hassan II mosque. The pool area is beautiful but not fully attended (we had to look for someone to get towels and there was no food or drink service). For those who do book through Amex Fine Hotels, all benefits (from free breakfast to room upgrades and late checkout) are offered.

The rooms were very good, crisp clean as you would expect from any FourSeasons. Complimentary water bottles were provided generously which made it really easy especially with my 3yr son.
The location of hotel is great if you want to live away from crowd and enjoy your time near beach. ANFAMALL is right beside the hotel. Overall location and area of this place is excellent.
Service was all good throughout. Except one time when I asked them to provide dental kit which never came. While checkout I complained about that and was provided with complimentary snacks and drinks which was satisfactory and the only flaw in service was compensated.

I have stayed at many Four Seasons in different countries. The best was probably our 2 weeks extended stay at Landaa Giraavaru Maldives and am a big fan of the brand. The name Four Seasons has always been associated with quality but sadly not at the Four Seasons in Casablanca. We had booked 2 Mercedes V Class to collect us from the airport only to see that they had sent a 20-seater tour van to collect us which was filthy from the inside. This was the 1st red flag and little did we know that more bad surprises were to come. We got to the hotel at 4:30pm only to be told none of our 3 rooms (They had committed 2 connecting rooms and with the 3rd being on the same floor) were ready. We had been travelling for 14 hours and had our 3 kids with us so you can imagine how tired we were. The hotel offered to give us 3 rooms on different floors which obviously having young children(5 being the youngest) was not an option for us. When you are paying about $1000 a night at a hotel this kind of mismanagement just shouldn’t be there. During this time, we were not even offered any refreshment by the hotel but just told that we can wait in the restaurant. We waited for another 90 mins to have only 1 room given to us just to discover that the sink was even blocked and the bathroom had just been used by a manager who was coming out when we were coming in the room. The only thing the management could say for all of this was “How can we make it better?”. I don’t think this was the right thing to ask. If I had said give me your presidential suite then would they have? So the best thing would have been for them to offer what they could(Better room, discounted bill or anything which they can offer) and then let the guest decide. Anyways I’m glad the only good thing they did was allow me to cancel my reservation with them so I could go to a different hotel. I hope the Four Season to management takes note of this as this bad service is not expected of a brand such as theirs. Never again coming to this hotel when in Casablanca.
