The staff was superfriendly especially when 40 people are trying to check in at the same time. There were a few gliches along the way. We asked for two twin beds and got 1 king. Had to go back to get a new room. They were very apologetic and gave us a room with two beds. They gave us fresh drinking water and then came to our room to make sure we were happy with the room that we were given. It had a fantastic view of the city as we were very high up. They did everything to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Stayed at this hotel for three wonderful nights and the experience was magnificent. The room was quite spacious with our room on the 12 th floor directly faced the famous Hassan ll mosque which beautifully glowed at night. The room has the necessary amenities such as a hot water kettle, tea and coffee , a mini refrigerator , ample closet space & a safe . The bathroom was modern with shampoo and conditioners and also body lotion. The water pressure was excellent. The room is also very quiet . The hotel offers breakfast for a price and has a nice restaurant that serves lunch and dinner and has a Lounge area to sip a cocktail and a large TV to watch a game. The service staff are very friendly and courteous & professional.
The hotel is located near many attractions such as the Hassan ll mosque which about 15 minutes by taxi. The famous Marche central ( fish market ) is also pretty close to the hotel and souks as well . The casa Voyageurs train is approximately a 10 minute ride. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful. They literally go out of their way to explain and recommend places to visit . Excellent communication throughout. I wound not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who may want to experience a few quiet nights and days.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The service was very good. The rooms were modern and were very well kept. Hassan was our waiter in the Tubkal restaurant. He and the chef were extremely friendly and accommodating, serving us a special off - menu meal we requested. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Had an excellent stay at hotel Barcelo. The staff was very friendly, especially Youness and Zakaria at the front desk. They provided great recommendations for dining options in the area and arranged a taxi service to take me to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Casablanca.

Best thing is unlimited access to two coffee machines as many cappuccinos, or any kind of coffee, you want all included in the price!
Best hotel in Casablanca. We have stayed there three times now. Once on the 12th floor twice on the 7 floor. The staff is so friendly and kind and helpful and efficient. The rooms are spotless. You could perform surgery on the floors and in the bathrooms, everything is so clean. The kettle in the room worked fabulously. So did the refrigerator. The towels are big and soft. The shower was so modern and easy to use no complicated buttons. Better water pressure than we have at home in the Washington DC area! The bountiful unlimited buffet breakfast is definitely worth the 15MAD. One can choose from 8 loaded tables with a huge selection of any kind of food, meats, eggs, breads, pastries, cereals, fruits, juices, beans, vegetables, tortillas you could imagine. There are 2 fabulous coffee machines with grinders ! You just push buttons to select any kind of coffee or combination or hot chocolate, as many as you want. Unlimited!! The front desk was helpful with directions and suggestions. The Bell Staff was always available and kind. There is a guard outside the front door who is always smiling and opens door for you. We will never stay any other place in Casablanca, but at the Barceló!

Much nicer than Barcelo Fez, typical small room but efficient. Bathroom sink in bedroom but there is a curtain. Our room faced busy street but heavy balcony door muted the noise. Ask for room on other side of hall if sensitive to noise. Big breakfast buffet with real deal Nespresso machines..not the terrible Nescafé they had in Fez. A few restaurants walking distance plus Burger King or KFC when you need a food break form the sameness of Moroccan cuisine. If you use washcloths you will need to bring as well they don’t have them.

The rooms are clean, plain, quiet with comfortable beds. I am giving this place 4 stars because the breakfast really stands out. A nice buffet including meats, cheese, fruits, assorted breads and bakery items, and some Moroccan speciality items like potatoes and seasoned vegetables. The location is walkable to the Medina and there are other shops, cafes and restaurants in the same block. Overall a good stay, One improvement I would suggest is an ice machine as the mini-fridges do not really chill what you put in them. Desk staff generally helpful and welcoming.

The location of this hotel is convenient to walk around the central area of the city. The front desk staff is helpful, the breakfast staff are responsive to requests but not proactive. The breakfast area is okay but inconsistent. For example, one coffee machine doesn’t work and both have reservoirs filled with liquid. I tried a couple of glasses before I had a clean one. It just feels not quite clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a premium room, which has a nice sitting room area. This is an adequate mid quality hotel. I would look for another place in the future.

Spent 7 very comfortable nights at hotel and used conference room each day. My room on 8th floor was kept spotlessly clean by Aziza.
Head chef was always seeking feedback and wishing us bon apetite. Food was very well displayed and prepared and waitress Maunia Hanane was attentive and cheerful.
Nadia the general manager quickly solved any minor issues we had and our work day was extremely well supervised by Kahabouch Hicham.

Good afternoon! Both train stations are quite close from our Hotel. From Casa Port you'll reach the hotel in 10 minutes, and from Casa Voyageurs it's about 20 minutes. Just in front the train stations there are always several small and very cheap red taxis, so you will get to the hotel without any problem. Looking forward to hosting you!
