This hotel standing near the beach on the southern outskirts of Casablanca, a short walk to the sea. Due to some protected position little inland from the shore, it is not windy to sit on the furnished balcony with a seaview and enjoy. There are 4 floors and 2 elevators, a large restaurant in the inner yard of hotel (roofed... More

Central located close the beach and the promenade, sea view and sunrise view, but the was mold in the bath and the cable as shown was burnt. Dinner - there was no oil and vinegar for the salad and after request nothing at all. Soup taste nothing. Everything is inside but they have a beautiful courtyard.

The management of this hotel is so rude and impolite. The way he spoke to me as a customer was disrespectful. They are far away to be 4* and definitely the management are not educated. I recommend to change the management practices of this hotel because they do reflect the image and the service of the hotel. Otherwise, they had... More

That was not Swiss for sure. The buffet was very middle. Most of the staff in the reception didn't speak so good english. The rooms were middle-class and the Wi-Fi was not always working in the lobby. You had to wait a while when you wanted to have a shower with a warm water in the room. I expected something... More

Only stayed one night at this 4 * hotel in Casablanca in party of FOTA. (friends of the Theatre) based in Fuengirola, Spain. Initial impression counts a lot to me especially greeting from various members of the staff. For effort and friendliness the reception staff, very smartly dressed, 4 of them, were extremely pleasant in their sincere greeting. Enjoyed a... More

Very poor hotel whit not interested employees. You must pay in advance whit your visa or else you can leave and we did.. The employees didn't care and ware buzzy whit doing nothing and as far we could see the interior was very sober and there were no guests wen we were there. So for us no second time even... More

I stayed here twice -- once at the beginning and once at the end of my trip around Morocco. In both cases, I would say that the hotel left me with a very "meh" impression at best. It is a slightly upscale Motel 6. Hotel Beige would be a better name... The rooms are okay and show a very strong... More

I really do accept different standards in different countries, but equipment installed should work: no room 2 room phone connection possible, air condition and heating do not work, clogged sink and broken fitting in the bathroom, doors squeaking. WIFI only at reception und lobby. Rooms over the main entrance very loud during the night, due to busses running their engines... More

This is a very run down hotel. The view from the rooms looking out to sea also look out on some very unattractive rough ground. The traffic noise is overpowering! The air conditioning struggles to keep the bedroom cool. Neither of the plugs in washbasin or bath fitted. The safe actually worked ! Dinner was OK but breakfast was terrible... More

The service is so bad here that it is actually humorous. I found myself asking for things at the counter just to witness their delight at glaring at me and sullenly spitting out "No." Granted, my french is weak but passable for simple requests and they didn't care. It's all kind of fun if you can find humor in the... More
