This hotel is in a great location close to the airport with a free shuttle service to the airport. The rooms were a good size and some had a balcony. The room was in need of a better dusting especially in the corners and under the beds. A good value.

It was hard to decide whether to sleep at the airport for the 6-7 hours (until my morning tour), but it turned out a good decision to book at this nice hotel, which I can just recommend to anyone. Really close to the airport, by car about 5 minutes, on foot about 20. I tested it, as you can read later. -I really liked the big bed, the aircon type and effectiveness, the smart solutions and the decent hot water (exceptional!). -Breakfast was included via Booking com Tier3, and it was decent food. Pineapple, tomato, baguette, hot and cold, coffee and fresh juice, bon appetit! -The staff was kind and smiley, also after midnight. -It has a serene and relaxing environment, and a peaceful garden with chairs... (and with birds and cats). ... -I arrived at around midnight, and just missed the hourly, free transport. The route is really easy to the hotel, almost just 1-2 bigger straights and you're at the corner. Besides the first part did not seem to be so safe at night, with the many dark shadows. I didn't meet with any bad guy, but maybe it was pure luck. I met with a wild dog instead, just around the roundabout which was facing later my room's window. Fortunately, I quickly diverted and jumped into the hotel area thru the wall, while a car just came at the right moment in front of the dog, so it missed me. I did not blame anyone, even not the desperate, ill and hungry dog, but what about if the transfer would be more frequent at night? Each 30 mins.? Since I was right by that, for the time I was in my bed, that could have been my arrival time at the hotel, if I wait for the new transit until 1AM sharp, still at Terminal 2. So, I don't recommend doing the adventure what I took at night and alone, but for the hotel a bit of change in the frequency. At least sometimes, when it would make sense. It is really just 5 about 5 mins, it still could be good to be more generous for the better safety and comfort of guests. If it would be not 5 but 25 by car (and more than 1 hour walking), of course I would just recommend a simple trusted taxi. But this should not be that a problem for the hotel.. Nevertheless, they can decide. Not sure if they would do exceptionally timed rides for free, but I couldn't reach them between my belated arrival time and 0:10, so this is why I arrived for about 0:25, but on foot. -A small fridge would still be nice in the rooms, as others pointed out also. And maybe hairdryers too. -I was asked during these few hours 3 times by the staff, whether I had breakfast included, am I really allowed to have that. The third question was raised during my breakfast...

Clean, basic hotel. Excellent shower, but really no place to unpack toiletries. This could be easily remedied by putting a couple of shelves next to the sink.
The air conditioner was running when we arrived with the temperature set to 17C, so the room was really cold. Shut it off, but an hour later the room was still cold. Tried the heat and found that it didn’t work. There was nobody to fix it, so we had to change rooms.
It seems to be standard practice in all hotels to not check the rooms to make sure everything works and expect the customer to find the problems. There’s an easy solution for this too. Give the housekeepers a checklist of things to test and train them how to do the checks and the report the problems. The block the room until they’re fixed,

I am deeply saddened to pen down this review for ONOMO . My recent visit was far from a satisfying experience and I feel duty-bound to share my disappointment.
Starting with the airport transfer service, it was an inadequate arrangement. Despite being a mere 2km away from the airport, the hotel only offers a shuttle service every hour. Arriving a little late for the scheduled service led to an unnecessary hour-long wait at the airport, and we finally resorted to a taxi which cost us 100dh for a ride that barely lasted two minutes. This was a disappointing start to what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.
Following the transfer debacle, the dinner served at the hotel was a further letdown. The quality of food was subpar which not only hampered my dining experience but also led to a sleepless night. A hotel of such repute should, at the very least, ensure a decent meal for its guests.
Moreover, the room I was assigned was uncomfortably cold, in spite of it being July. Disconnection of the air conditioning unit did little to improve the situation, and I found myself shivering throughout the night, an occurrence that was puzzling and uncomfortable in equal measure.
My stay at ONOMO was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Its proximity to the airport, the primary reason for my selection, was outweighed by the issues that marred my experience. There are other more convenient nearby.

Unlike most hotels i stayed at in Morocco, this hotel observed covid regulations in the lobby and restaurant. Beds and pillows were comfortable, shower had adjustable head and great water pressure. Our dinners at the restaurant were excellent and were served either in the restaurant or outside on the patio bordered by a nice lawn. We left before breakfast opened at 6:30, but the staff packed us a to-go breakfast. Coffee was also available when we went looking for it at 5:30. The only thing missing was a hairdryer, but i had one packed. The hotel was only minutes away from the airport. Airport shuttle service was once per hour. The staff was very clear about when to arrive in the lobby so as not to miss the shuttle. i would definitely look for a hotel in this chain again.

the price is very high compared to the quality of the hotel, I advise you to take a hotel at a lower price it will be the same or maybe better than this one!!!
NB: hotel at this price which has towels with a catastrophic smell in addition to that no shower gel or shampoo or anything at all , no boxe of tissue, no tea bags or water heater , I had products that I had to put in the refrigerator also it was missing!!

Concerning our price, we believe it is reasonable considering our location and the services we provide. As for the amenities, the shower gel and shampoo are available in a dispenser in the bathroom, a feature that our staff explained. We do understand that there were not tissue box, tea bags or a kettle in the room. However, if you look at the description of our rooms online, these items are not indicated as provided since we are an economy-range hotel. For the products that needed refrigeration, our reception team informs guests that there is a fridge available at the reception desk. Overall the hotel was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great with no lack of hot water in the shower. However, the restaurant of the hotel was expensive and had very small portions with alright tasting food. The window in my room did not fully close and therefore made me sick before my flight the next day. I would still recommend the hotel overall though.

My recent stay at ONOMO Hotel Casablanca was highly disappointing. I had booked a Superior Room with Garden View but was instead given a standard room facing the parking lot. 10 mim Upon checking in, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the reception. However, the staff member responsible at the time was dismissive, offering no resolution and simply saying "fine," which left me feeling unheard and disrespected.
I reached out to Rafik, the manager, through an Expedia review, hoping for a fair response. To my surprise, his reply was not only unhelpful but outright accused me of lying, claiming I expressed satisfaction during checkout. This blatant dishonesty reflects poorly on the hotel's management and confirms that the lack of service quality starts at the top.
This is a far cry from the better operations I experienced at the same hotel two years ago. Good management and honest communication make all the difference, and unfortunately, ONOMO Hotel Casablanca seems to have lost its way. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others seeking a professional and honest experience.

This was the last stop on our Morocco vacation. Following stays at outstanding Riads in Marrakesh and Essaouira, the ONOMO airport hotel in Casablanca was a major disappointment. The facilites are okay, the free wifi is fast, and the breakfast was acceptable. Other aspects were not so good. We had made a reservation several months earlier which included a 15% discount for booking in advance. When we checked in, they did not have a record of our reservation and charged us the regular rate. The desk clerk was not welcoming and seemed to be in a sour mood. We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner as there are no other choices nearby--it was full and there was a single staff person trying to handle taking orders, delivering the food, clearing tables, and the bar. This person was doing the best they could, but service was very slow and the food quality was poor. After we returned from our trip, I emailed the hotel to request a refund of the difference between our advance reservation rate and the regular rate. They indicated they would get back to me asap, but after almost two weeks I have not heard anything. Unfortunately there is not much choice in airport hotels in Casablanca, but this one leaves much to be desired.

This hotel is clearly intended to be a transit hotel, and it fulfills it purpose well. It is located about 8 minutes drive away from the airport in Casablanca. A shuttle arrives at the top of each hour, but allow 10-15 minutes extra to avoid frustration. Pick up is in the general hotel pick up area, but Onomo is not listed on the sign; nevertheless, this is the right place to be.
The hotel itself is relatively new, spartan, and clean. I found my room quite comfortable. Wifi was very good in the room, and there was plenty of hot water in the walk-in shower. Breakfast is not included with the room, but the buffet is available for roughly $9.00 US.
For me, the thing that truly sold me on Onomo, was the front desk. I was having trouble contacting my trekking guide; indeed, my trip was on the line. The man and woman running the front desk on the afternoon of 29 April, in spite of being busy, took the time to assist me over the course of a couple of desperate hours that it took to finally reach the guide by telephone. I hope that management will check the schedule for that day and reward these two individuals. They literally saved my trip.

We ordered a private 4 hour tour for 4 people from amin at "get your guide " it was about 160 euros. There were also taxis outside hotel but seemed expensive.
There are more places to choose from in the Casablanca area.
