My 3rd stay in this aparthotel Kyriad/Campanile . Great location in the city: 15 ’ walk from Casa Voyageurs station, 5 ’ from a tram station. The studios located on the 6th floor are spacious, bright, very clean.The bedding and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen area is equipped but with different elements depending on the studios: a coffee machine or not, bowls and plates in very variable number, cutlery almost non-existent, that is the problem! On the other hand, the cleaning of the room and bathroom, very spacious, is done every day with changing of towels. The environment is very quiet, barely the noise of the passing tram, and except the continuous barking, day and night, of a watchdog in the office building opposite.

Back in our 2nd house in Casablanca and this time with 3 of us with our 4 month old granddaughter... the 1st hotel of her life which is very symbolic for us... Everything went really well and everything was done in place so that our stay goes wonderfully for our child and us. The baby bed was very clean and the mattress was of very good quality. The bedding and furniture are still of good quality as well as the cleanliness of the rooms after several years and it is important to emphasize this. The housekeeping and maintenance service is very responsive as well as the reception. A big thank you to Jihane Accommodation manager who took the time to prepare our arrival well so that our stay went perfectly well and that we had everything we wanted available. Always attentive and attentive after all these years, we are more and more attached to This hotel . Mr. Samir, who has been at the entrance to the hotel for years for security, is the same as ever.. always so kind, pleasant, considerate, helpful and it's a real pleasure. We would like to thank the restaurant manager we met who was very kind and accommodating to our multiple requests. Thanks to his team as well and a big thank you to Hatim who took very good care of our little girl and helped me a lot! This touched me a lot! All the restaurant staff were lovely with us and especially with our little daughter and it really feels good when we see that it is done with the heart ❤️. I’ve stayed in this lovely apartment / hotel for six nights. It’s located in Roche Noir, which is part of city centre (Centre Ville), walking distance to the main train station (Casa Voyageurs).
I stayed in a decent size studio apartment, which was equipped with kitchenette. Offering a view of the port. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Very clean, spotless / immaculate in fact when it comes to cleanliness.
The staff have been very friendly and attentive. The reception staff were always there with a smile and genuinely willing to help with any queries you have. In the evening these are security guards standing at the entrance. All staff members are very kind and helpful.
The housekeeping staff stand out as far as I’m concerned: I’ve met Amina and Hicham. Amina is very friendly, attentive and has strong eye for details.
The property is part of Campanile, I believe French hotel group. Adjacent to it there is a hotel which houses a pleasant bar. Ideal place to spend an hour or two after touring around in Casablanca. The bar offers a wide range of drinks and bar-food. The staff there are equally very friendly and professional. I’ve had the pleasure meeting Mohammed and Hatim, who have been looking after me.
All in all a very pleasant place to stay if you’re in Casa. Highly recommend

This budget hotel was disappointing on our arrival night. The fridge wasn’t working and was leaking on the floor. The towels were worn out and some were stained. We called for service and nobody picked up the phone. We had to get fresh towels ourselves early in the morning. Our travel agent who booked it sent an email and they sent us more fresh towels and they fixed the fridge. The entrance to this hotel is through the next door hotel Campanille . The receptionist and the concierge were very attentive and friendly. They spoke good English. We returned to the Kyriad 10 days after and we got a better room and better towels.

Hotel is located in a quite area,where you can enjoy quite atmosphere. Not far away from the port local restaurants are around the area serving good food. Staff where very friendly and helpful smooth check in and checkout. Very clean rooms and generally the hotel is clean. Small lobby and no swimming pool. Very recommended for business or family

"I had a wonderful stay at this Inn! The welcome was warm and the staff very attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed me to rest well. The Inn's location is perfect, close to the main sights and transport. Kyriad is centrally located and is within walking distance from Casablanca attractions. Rooms are nice sized and well appointed. My room had kitchenette. Underground parking is available. The hotel checks off all the boxes for an excellent stay. My only concern is lack of system for cooling the room. There is an heating system . I could open the window to let the cool air in evenings but this may not be sufficient in summer.

I have stayed in five or six other hotels throughout Morocco, including Casablanca and never liked any of them. So, I was surprised to find this hotel at a reasonable price.
Positives: The facility is very clean and modern. The rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom and the decor is modern chic. The rooms include a small kitchen as well. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff are all friendly and amiable. The location is nice as it's a quiet area but within walking distance of attractions and public transit. The nearest tram station is only a two minute walk. Both Casa Voyageurs and Casa Port stations are within fifteen minutes walking. There is a Bim mini grocery store next door which is very convenient for getting the essentials and basics. There is a mosque just a few minutes walk away.
Negatives: Not much of anything negative to say about the hotel. If you're a very light sleeper you'll get some street noise, but it's more like white noise in my opinion. The central air in the room does not cool down the room much. However, the rooms' windows do open which is a breath of fresh air.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
