Our breakfast is plentiful and surpasses that of 2-star hotels. It is a continental buffet that includes milk, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, and tea. Additionally, we provide juice, a variety of brioches, croissants, pain au chocolat, cheese, butter, honey, and five types of jams, along with bread and baguettes. This place is pretty basic, the rooms were small and old, really need to be upgraded. The restaurant was only serving a buffet the night we were there and it was pretty average and overpriced. The only good thing about this hotel was I could get a glass of wine. I would not stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They greet you with warm smiles and show concern for the well being of their patrons. Also most of the staff at the front desk speak English. Parking is included and there was always a spot for us. The cleaning staff came as scheduled. The rooms are on the smaller side but it didn’t matter to us. We could always count on the front desk to answer our calls within 3 minutes. The breakfast was good (included) and the dinner was great (not included). The only negative is that some of the amenities like the gym and laundry room were not available due to COVID. I wish I had known that before I booked the hotel. Other than that, this is an excellent place to stay in Casablanca.

This was the meeting hotel for our G Adventure tour so they booked it as part of our tour. The room was small with 2 twin beds. The carpet was very stained in various areas. The walls were painted halfway up with a cream color, the rest white. I went to plug the kettle in and it blew the breaker, no power! We reported to the front desk who did send someone immediately which was great!
The shower dripped loudly all night and the tap would not turn off completely after we had showers at night. A big puddle on the floor in the bathroom in the morning. Again, someone came immediately to fix which was great ! I have also reported this to G adventures.

The property is well located just 5 mins off the Casa Voyageurs and near to the tram station. The check in was seam less and quick. The bed were super comfortable with 2 water bottles and a kettle with coffee provided. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water consistently. Book this hotel with eyes closed. The value of money it provides is unmatchable.

I reserved a single room and when I contacted multiple times regarding how to go to the hotel from airport, I contacted via WhatsApp, phone and their social media page, I did NOT get a response.
When I arrived at the lobby to check in (although O was fully paid), the front receptionist asked that I pay for local tax, I paid and asked for my change back. He said he did NOT have change and will give me later. He Never gave me my change back. I came back to the lobby maybe an hour after check in, and the guy was gone and did not leave a note for the other receptionist for my change. He basically stole my change. Be careful when you give them $$
The other receptionist was really rude. When I asked for a map, she said they don’t have maps. When I asked for business card, she said they don’t have any. I asked for suggestion as where to eat local Moroccan food, she replied she does NOT know of any good Moroccan restaurant in the area. Really?
Then I asked her for walking direction to the Medina, she said she doesn’t know. She also did not know of Hassan II mosque. How can a hotel receptionist not know of local tourist attractions or restaurants.
She suggested I take a taxi and ask the driver.
Really really disappointed with the staff.
Food at their restaurant / lounge is mediocre and overpriced.
Room was very small and awful view of other buildings rooftops.
There are many other hotels in the area that are excellent, so I suggest you don’t stay here because they will scam you and will not give you your proper change.

We booked three rooms at this hotel for one night before flying back home. While the bed was clean, the carpet appeared stained and dirty. The towels looked worn out and off-white. Despite booking a non-smoking room, it smelled smoky, which made it difficult for me to breathe. When I requested a room change, the new room was only slightly better in terms of smoke odor, but the carpet was still stained and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel, as there are many better options available.

During COVID there has been a curfew and it is very difficult to find food after 8pm. Despite arriving later at night from the airport, one of the front desk clerks, Sasouane, insisted that I share some of his food which I think he was saving for his own dinner. That is above and beyond the call and represents the amazing degree of kindness and service you can expect at Campanile. I say that because all the other staff members were just as helpful, whether it came to booking CTM bus tickets when my laptop wasn’t allowing me to, or helping me to arrange for getting a SIM card. Really a kind group just seeking to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Highly recommended, and if you meet Sasouane at the front desk you can tell him you’ve heard of his generosity, I’m sure it will give him a laugh.
