Located in one of the residential and green areas of the city of Casablanca, 5 minutes from the business center, the corniche and the royal golf course, Casablanca Hotel is the essence of this destination. With an uncluttered architecture reminiscent of the beautiful Art Deco period, and an exceptional garden planted in the city center, it asserts its imprint of an Urbain Resort with its cozy elegance. Built on 4 floors, this project of 59 Superior Rooms and 9 Suites Collection draws its inspiration from the many trips of its owner who, to share his passion with his guests, took the time to imagine, conceive and realize this original creation. The Casablanca Hotel is thought of as an elegant and cozy private residence. The charm of the place is declined in a subtle decor where the multiplicity of forms blends harmoniously with space, light and furniture. The floor, stair steps are in black and white marble checkers, imposing Art Deco crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, handmade stucco lace, red and black velvet lounges, marquetry furniture, Giant beveled mirrors made haute couture by master craftsmen dip the guests in the time of the belle époque. The ivory white exterior contrasts with the expanded palette of colors that beautifully dress the interior of the building. The Casablanca Hotel is a modern version of the Casablanca lifestyle that Moroccan handicraft know-how for a real journey of the senses. The refinement of the place is revealed humbly under a panoply of details, all thought so that the beautiful and the pleasant provide comfort and well being. YOUR UNIVERSE OUR LOBBY, A NEW WAY TO DESIGN "Le Chez-Soi" The lobby, by itself, constitutes an unusual universe that brings to life the atmosphere of the beautiful Art Deco period with its great heights, its marble columns and mirrors, its giant chandeliers. It will lead you with surprise to the magnificent terrace such as the gardens of yesteryear, offering a magnificent view on the carrara marble fountain and the swimming pool. The moment of a dream of today in the atmosphere of yesterday. More than a reception, our lobby is a place to be, a place of life wisely conceived to bring to our guests an immediate feeling of warmth and well being, the feeling of being at home. A dedicated team welcomes you in a warm atmosphere with the notes of our olfactory identity.

Le Casablanca Hotel garners accolades for its ample amenities, including a variety of dining options and inviting common areas like the pool and terraces, which enhance the guest experience. While opinions on the room comfort vary, with some finding them a bit snug and outdated, the hotel's cleanliness and elegant decor receive high marks.
Nestled in a prime location, it allows for easy exploration of local attractions. Though the value proposition has its critics, the warm and personalized service provided by the staff is frequently commended, as is the hotel's charming and picturesque atmosphere.

I had a great time having a drink in Casablanca, and I want to acknowledge Adnan’s exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, he was very welcoming, professional and always attentive. Her attention to detail and constant smile really made a difference and made this experience enjoyable and memorable.
The atmosphere of the place is also very friendly, perfect for relaxing with friends or even solo. The drinks were perfectly prepared and served quickly, which reflects an impeccable organization. Adnan made sure throughout my visit that everything was going well, which is a real plus in terms of quality of service.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice setting in Casablanca for a drink. With employees like Adnan, it is certain that every customer will leave satisfied and with the desire to return. Thank you again for this moment!

The staff at Le Casablanca are more than just servers—they're ambassadors of hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure that every customer has a memorable experience. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're treated with the same level of attentiveness and care.
What's particularly impressive is the staff's knowledge and passion for their craft. They're well-versed in the menu offerings, able to make personalized recommendations based on your preferences. Whether you're curious about the origin of the coffee beans or seeking dietary accommodations, they're always ready to assist with a smile.
Also Mr Farouk was profetional and friendly well known of his work.

On behalf of our family, a huge thank you to the entire Hôtel des Étoiles team for a simply magnificent experience. As soon as we arrived, the elegance of the lobby and Claire's welcoming smile at reception immediately put us at ease.
The room had spectacular views and every detail was thought of with care, from the luxurious bedding to the little touches like the chocolates on the pillow each evening.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast where we were pampered by the delights prepared by chef Pierre. His culinary creations, both local and international, were a treat for the taste buds.
Finally, a big thank you to OMAR 👌👌 for his wise advice on the visits not to be missed in the city. Thanks to her, we discovered hidden gems.
We left with precious memories and the desire to return very soon.
Thanks again for everything!

The entrance would have been deemed grand in its heyday - today it is nothing special when compared with similarly priced hotels.
Service is ordinary at best with unsmiling robots at the front desk.
Everyone seems to be on the lookout for tips including the Terrace restaurant servers who will ask you to vacate a table just because some other guest has previously requested it (no reservations sign on the table) and the manager himself had directed us to it.
Rooms are very tired, dull and bare and could do with an extensive and serious renovation.
Finally, if dining at the La Pergola restaurant, be aware that even if you have an email confirming your table, they will cancel it at the last minute if they receive request for a whole venue private booking.

Our second time staying here. First time was in late 2022 and it was a great stay. This time was likely our last. The design of the building lets sound travel from the main floor to all of the floors, as it's an open concept. The sound was controllable with ear plugs when we went to bed but it was the vast volume of smoke that drifted up from the main floor that was unbearable. Many people were smoking, including cigars, and it all drifted to the upper floors. All of the rooms we booked were filled with the smell of smoke. That was issue 1 and only solvable with a ban on smoking in the building (ironically, smoking is not allowed in the rooms!). The second problem was that the server at the restaurant brought out the wrong bottle of wine and refused to remove the cost or even reduce it one bit when the bill came. The bottle we ordered was about $70 but the one she brought was $300. She said we drank it so we needed to pay for it. After escalating the issue as high as I could with available management, they reduced it about $60. A gesture but not big enough.
It's too bad because it really is one of the nicest hotels in the city, I go to Casablanca monthly but I won't go back (until they stop the smoking indoors).

Our room at the hotel was not really large enough to qualify as a suite, even a junior one and at €500 (last minute rate) should have been more spacious. The hotel design exacerbates the noise issue as all the rooms around the interior atrium are subject to all the noise of reception and the bar. I also had to ring reception at 4.00am to ask them to ask whomever was dragging tables and chairs over a hard floor to stop! The room had no separate shower (over-bath) and neither the safe nor the magnifying mirror light worked on arrival. Worse, the brick-like foam pillows were awful. We requested feather pillows but nothing was forthcoming. I was overcharged for drinks in the bar, which I didn't immediately realise, and when I questioned this at check-out it took two attempts and at least 20 minutes to resolve. Cleanliness was good and for the most part staff were polite and friendly but we would not choose to stay there again.

We stayed two nights at the beginning of our ten day trip in Morocco and one night at the end. This review is for the combined stay. First, I'll start with the rooms, which are well appointed, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is well executed, with a vast array of options and delicious. Where the stay fell short was in the restaurant for dinner. We were a party of twelve and thoroughly enjoyed our first stay dining experience in the restaurant so much that we arranged to dine in the same restaurant on our return stay. We were told that the chef was only doing a prix fixe menu and handed a menu with three very unappealing options. We ordered, our meals staggered in, we were ignored by staff and the food was terrible. Looking around the restaurant, the other diners were able to order off the menu, which held much more appealing options. I would stay in the hotel, but do not recommend the restaurant. Being told the prix fixe menu was the only option was not true and I can't respect nontruths.

Dear Guest the cost of transportation with luxury car is at 65euros per way
Dear Guest yes we do provide luxury transportation from the airport please contact our reservvation departement at the cost is 65 euros per way
They have a paying limousine service available
The airport (Mohamed V, if that's the one you'll be landing at) in general is far away from Casablanca itself; around 45 minutes or so depending on the traffic.
There is Starbucks very near by; a few restaurants right next to it. There was a Carrefour supermarket across the street. It was being renovated when I was there a few months ago, not sure if it's operating again or not. It's around 10 minutes or so away from the ocean (depending on traffic).
