Please! Please! Please! you must go. we were there 1 week end of March 17. The whole atmosphere in hotel perfect. Every one was a delight to talk too, the staff were very friendly, The Animation team were simply amazing. 100/10 Barmen were very good, they always knew your drink, would come look for you to see if you want...

My fiend booked three rooms through Booking.com at this supposedly four star hotel for three nights (December 30th to Jan . On check in which was painfully slow and very disorganised we were told that we had to pay and take their New Year's Eve dinner otherwise they would not check us in. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is nothing spectacular. Sheets are slightly worn and old looking, bathroom isn't exceptionally clean or polished, mattresses have breaks and dips, the key cards fail multiple times, the room air con/cooling is weak (though not necessarily required at all times), and the WiFi hardly works. The food is...

this is a hotel that only appeals for its location near to the beach. Apart from that this place was a nightmare to stay at food was repetitive and room was never cleaned. Baths had mold and toilets had previous guests faeces!!

Just back from Christmas in Morocco. It was amazing. Sights, smells and hospitality of the Moroccans were top notch. We spent 22/12 – 29/12 in this hotel and the staff were brilliant. Definitely made the hotel what it is. Making your holiday that much more enjoyable. The weather was fantastic, bit warmer they say than most years between 23ºC-29ºC we...
