We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff are so friendly, and the animation team were fantastic! (Shout out to Tico) There was a great range of food and the cocktails (both alcohol and non-alcohol) were fabulous. I can't reccomend staying here enough. We will definitely be coming back!

This holiday was definitely one to remember and the staff were amazing and even with covid measures in place you was still able to do everything you normally would be able to! All of the staff in the resort were fantastic especially the animation team which are on the resort! Shout out to TARIQ (tico tico) who definitely made our stay as he made sure that we enjoyed ourselves and engaged with us really well and got us talking to other English people staying there as with all the animation team done a fantastic job with doing performances and also doing activities around the resort and would provide a service tailored to the person you are. The rest of the staff in the resort were amazing from the waiters in the restraunts who always engaged with you right down to the maids and the pool staff which always helped you out around the pool with your chairs and pool hygiene. When everything is settled down for the evening we still enjoyed the evening entertainment upstairs in the bar upstairs as tico was also there till late with the team providing entertainment till late in the evening and would recommend this holiday to anyone as it was worth every penny and is such a cheap enjoyful holiday for anyone! Many thanks to all of the RIU tikida agadir hotel staff! We will be back!

My two weeks in late September at this Riu Palace hotel were exactly what I needed as the world emerged from Covid restrictions. ALL staff were utterly professional, calm, considerate and friendly - thank you everyone ! Riu training and standards were superbly maintained throughout the hotel by General Manager Snr Miguel and his dedicated team. Also the very helpful TUI local rep. The first thing I did on returning home was to make another booking to return. The well designed nearly new building on a vast undulating site has immaculately maintained gardens stretching from the impressive front entrance to the security-monitored exit to the coastal path. All rooms are similar, spacious, shiny clean and most attractive. Arriving wearily late evening the appearance is immediately reassuring as everything is as one would hope for from the well stocked coffee tray, litre water bottles and mini bar full of soft drinks, to the practical, sophisticated design and pristine soft furnishings. My sea view, upper floor west facing room enjoyed sunshine most of the day and was perfect for me particularly to enjoy a sundowner drink watching windsurfers, with a few camels and horses trekking up and down the wide sandy beach. I never waited more than a couple of minutes for attentive service in restaurants or bars. The quality of of beverages and alcoholic drinks was good, although buffet coffee was somewhat lacking in flavour. I visited each of the three a-la-carte restaurants twice and was delighted by the standards of food and wine and excellent service. The decor in the Krystal and Moroccan was chic, the atmosphere relaxing, though the steak house was less so. Let’s remember this is a busy all-inclusive resort not a boutique, butler- service hotel, nor had we paid the premium rates which that style and level would demand. Lamb dishes and lobster risotto were particularly tasty. The pools are truly spacious, there was never a problem getting a sunbed even later in the day. However, the reserving of the Bali bed / pod loungers by well-tipped staff for certain guests caused some irritation, particularly at weekends. I found my haven at the more distant adult-only infinity pool which was always peaceful and great for the space to swim throughout the days. I picked up soft drinks ( no alcohol down there) as I passed the ‘beach’ bar on my way as it was some away. distance away. The large entertainment venue was noisy and busy in the evenings, with energetic animacion staff demonstrating their diverse talents, satisfying the majority of guests. There were always tables available on the many comfortable terraces or in the much quieter reception/ jungle bars. Listening to the grand piano pianist for a couple of hours every evening whilst vigilant waiters replenished drinks was, for me, ideal. I enjoyed 20 minute morning walks along the meandering corniche to Taghazout village where local people busily engaged in ‘real’ daily life. There was always a wave and a smile from the man repairing wet suits in his little shop and chirpy banter with coffee shop staff as you sit and watch piles of vegetables straight from local fields being stacked and the circular bread, still warm from ovens ‘up the hill’ being brought in by hand. An article in a U.K. national newspaper last weekend raving about ‘up and coming’ Taghazout Bay will ensure this sleepy area becomes much busier in months ahead so I am very pleased I saw it as it emerged from lockdown, and am very much looking forward to my next visit. Again thank you everyone !

Had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The staff were lovely and so is the spa! Amazing night time entertainment! Staff were so welcoming and friendly would definitely recommend family/ friends to come and stay at this hotel. Restaurant was very nice and the cooks were very catering to our vegetarian options, massive shoutout to our regular pizza and pasta cook everyday they’d make us fresh food with the extra spice that we wanted. We visited the spa and had the best day. Also a massive shoutout to the spa staff members. The receptionist Yousra was very helpful, Fatima and Malika were amazing at massages. We had souad do our facials and we can not explain how fresh our skin feels! We had an amazing view of the sunset every night from the pool area and very easy access to the beach. A massive thank you to this hotel for making our family so happy.
