The hotel has an amazing view from rooms. Some room for improvement in terms of customer care. Hotel is centrally located. Staff is not very friendly when it comes to check in and check out. They take a lot of time.

It does have an exec floor and lounge, but it did not seem in use, seems they only open it for government dignitaries and so on. The outside exec balcony was so disused and un cared for that bird droppings could be found on all the outdoor tables and chairs.
Sofitel might be a better bet, read their review.
El Aurassi is a nice spacious hotel, but it's not a european 5* hotel, so you may need to adjust.
