I won’t put any star Don’t stay even if u r desperate Very very rude & scary Desk desk staff No manners we booked 2 nights as we could not find any other place pet friendly Dirty towels when requested for new towels I was accused of stilling towels . where proof is they were dirty sitting out side room as no one cleaned or picked up. Some one opened our room in our absence & put latch from inside so where we came back to room late night it took 20 min to open then we realized even requested 3 times in morning towels were not replaced & when we ask first I was give dirty towels & then after 3 times going to front desk the front desk ladies argued with me and accused me of stilling towels. There was young man kind of understood he tried to calm down situation. The staff was very rude & speaking in some native language & 3 ladies in front foyer area sitting & eating some noodles from pans direct & without washing the hands they would come to help front desk There were 3 other guest waiting has some or other issue regarding some charges & they also think this place is not right place to stay Yea o was furious mad with whatever happen & the ladies at front desk threaten me to call cop on me simple because noting was right in room at last 12 midnight & finally we got some towels at 1 am .. I was asked by those ladies front desk staff to come pick up towels as they would not bring it to room but the young man at front desk he calm it down Never stay here Breakfast is basic which is fine but they don’t keep area clean Rooms are manageable basic ok safety is not there in locks as well very thin doors as well insulation so u can hear all communication as u pass by from each room 0000 rating for this place for my visit

I had to stay the night for an early flight the following morning. All other hotels were full and or had a very high premium for a room. I booked this location because google advertises an airport shuttle. Turns out there is no shuttle and requires a 80$ round trip uber/lyft making it more cost affective to spend 200$+ closer to the terminal. Once I got into the hotel, there was one person working behind the desk trying to check in 5 people who were complaining about the required $100 refundable deposit. Once checked in, the halls were dark and dingy and smelled of weed/smoke along with loud conversations happening in the halls and rooms. The whole hotel is very outdated and in a very sketchy neighborhood which did not help with the cleanliness or feeling of safety. Once in the room the bed was alright but room also smelled of weed in the corner near the bathroom. The bathroom also was outdated dark and some of paper roll holders were broken. Overall I did not get much sleep this night and wish I stayed at a closer hotel paying a premium fee for a room or even just slept on the floor in the airport. If you get a hotel voucher from an airline to stay at this location try and change it because you will not be getting much sleep.

We booked this hotel because it had the name Wyndham but this has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. When we arrived there were people outside arguing and fighting. The room was dirty and had someone else's hair all over the floor. My husband was covered in bites after one night at the hotel. We asked for Bath Towels and were given oversized hand towels! The grab & Go Breakfast each morning was a brown bag with a muffin, banana, and cereal bar... Not great for a diabetic. The safe didn't work in the room and took 2 days for them to replace the batteries. TV was unwatchable and Internet went in and out. Do not waste your money staying here avoid.

Mixed feelings about my stay: was sent to this hotel from canceled AA flight. Waited 45 minutes at the airport for shuttle which never showed. When we called I would have rather the desk clerk say the shuttle wasn’t running. We ubered and the driver who had been driving 7 years was unfamiliar with this place. The lobby was old, hallways damaged/dirty, room and bathroom doors had missing paint/ lots of scuffs. But the bed was fresh and comfortable and bathroom was clean. The morning shuttle to the airport was on time and the driver was helpful with everyone’s luggage. I believe this place has potential. It’s almost like they got halfway done with renovations and stopped. I encourage the staff to arrange for some fresh paint to start.

Not impressed with the location, the room, or the breakfast. They were so concerned with the damage deposit that we took 20-30 pics as we entered the room/bathroom, just to cover ourselves if they were to come back after us. Back parking lot was full of (what looked like) abandoned cars. They were plowed in and covered with snow. Our drains did now work properly - we had to wedge them to stay open. The heater wouldn't shut off more than 14 seconds. The chair was leaning and peeling apart. We were not impressed. We stayed because of the rewards program - not worth it.

In the website it is mentioned that during check-in there will be $100 deposit. There were no abandoned cars, We have airport parking facility available so people had parked their car and went to airport. As it snowed may be that the reason you were not able to see the parking batches.

Customer service non-existent. Hotel is dirt, gross and in disrepair. Rooms smell heavily of bleach. Felt unsafe. Many doors to rooms slightly ajar but dark inside, which was super creepy. Was told not to worry about what I was initialing. $100 deposit in addition to room payment that is refunded 3-5 days after checkout. Just gross here.

This hotel was booked through ParkSleepFly. We arrived at the hotel around 1AM and the flight was early the next morning. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel did not have any available parking, but "no worries", ParkSleepFly would refund the cost of the parking. The guy at the desk then booked me for other parking (on some app called WAY) that was 10miles away (but I didn't know that when he booked me) and cost an additional $89.21 for 7 days. At the desk, we were treated very rudely and told that we "must immediately" move a car that didn't even belong to us. Absolutely no apology from the desk guy when he finally listened to the fact that the car that angered him did not belong to us.
As things turned out:
1. We didn't use the WAY parking because it was much further than we had expected. Lost $89.21 there.
2. We parked at O'Hare. That cost $120.
3. ParkSleepFly has not yet refunded the cost for parking at Baymont (which was not provided).

Don’t let the pictures online deceive you. Got in at 1am, no place to park. Once the lady in the lobby got done yelling at the front desk for the hotel charging her $60 for parking on the street, we were able to park. Got to the room….filthy! See pictures. I tried talking to the manager, who dismissed me and stated he’d do nothing to correct the situation? And he owed me nothing. Checked out, found a new hotel, now fighting for a refund. We would have been better off sleeping in the car, at least we could have felt dater and cleaner.

I was stuck at O'Hare due to the weather. It was advertised that they offered shuttle service to the airport which it turns out, they do not. The staff was unfriendly and there was no continental breakfast as advertised outside of coffee and juice and a single banana that looked like it would ripen in about four days. The room lacked basic amenities such as a coffee maker and microwave. Not a good experience.

Desk clerk was wearing an Adidas shirt ( the only way I have to identify ) she was extremely rude and loud when I asked a very simple question about early check in. Not only was she rude to me she was having a very loud and disrespectful conversation with some staff member on a cell phone. The room smelled of mildew no small fridge ( I have medication that needs to be kept cold)or microwave. We checked out 2 days early and the same clerk did not even bother to ask why. Parking was another disaster. They rent out spaces to people going to the airport on a park and fly program thus leaving no spaces for hotel guests. If I had to give a positive the bedding appeared to be clean. Bottom line this property would work for a one night stay if your vehicle won’t work to take a nap in before continuing on.
