I stayed at the Graduate Athens during a conference. The staff was very accommodating to the few things I needed. The room was probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in anywhere. We walked from the hotel to the conference center every day because of convenience, but it was nice to have the shuttle bus at night. Many thanks to...

Very fresh college graduate motif. We stayed in the Hoyt House and the room was giant for not being a suite. There was a large fireplace with a very large TV on the wall above it. The decor was very clever and cute. The personnel were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The cafe was quaint with students hanging out and...

Dear SouthFloridaDavid, Thank you so much for all of your wonderful comments! We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay in our historic (yet very modern) Hoyt House! It is loved by our guest because of it's charm and the 62 inch flat screen TV's and the nice décor is a welcomed change. We are delighted to share your comments...

The room was retro chic, 70's phone and radio. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, except for some mold in the shower. The in room amenities are superior to most others with Keurig coffee, and Malin+Goetz products. We went to an Open Mic night at the Foundry, here on hotel grounds. Dinner was great, and the talent was...

I have stayed in this hotel twice. It has always been clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. It is a hotel with doors that open to outside. Rooms have mini-refrigerator, K-cup coffee machine, hair dryer & free wi-fi. Great place to stay for business or when visiting UGA.

Stayed here one night on the first leg of an SEC college tour with my 17 yr old daughter over Spring break...First, at just $139/night, it's a winner...clean, close to downtown and the edge of campus, with a very well-intentioned staff at the front desk, you could get past the very small room and somewhat dreary motel-like exterior....the Graduate concept...

Maybe it was the room (105 or6), but this was like a motel room on a very busy road with a dark entrance. The room tried to be cool and funky, but just smelled musty. It was St. Patti's so there were college kids everywhere late into the night, and someone keyed our car in the parking lot. Definitely did...

We enjoyed our stay very much. Visited the foundry for food, drinks, and a show. We had a great time. We will be staying at the Graduate again as we visit Athens 4 times a year. The hotel is also pet friendly and has several grassy areas for your puppy.

We were in town with our two teenagers and small dog for an event at UGA. To my knowledge, this is one of the nicer, reasonably priced hotels in downtown area that welcomes pets. We've stayed here a couple of times for one or two nights, and found the rooms very comfortable and the entire facility well maintained.

So much potential but one of the worst room decors I've ever seen. The property is wonderfully located and the grounds lovely. But...o my, a four year old could have done a better job. Nothing matches the historical character of the room. I do believe it is furnished with garage sale items.

Dear GaPeach08, Thank you so much for sharing your comments with us! We have received so many great comments about the new, retro decor and we do apologize and understand that it does not "wow" everyone.
