The first thing that caught my eye about this place was the unique, vintage look of the rooms! The Graduate does not disappoint when it comes to aesthetics and comfort in that department. Where they do disappoint, however, is the shuttle service they offer. We wanted the shuttle to take us to Five Points for dinner and we were going...

Stayed 2 nights at the Graduate for a wedding that was being held on site. That being said, it was convenient to have a coffee shop/breakfast as well as a bar on site. The hotel is also within walking distance to the university, bars and restaurants. The room was cute and different, which was a nice change from the larger...

Dear Christineelisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re glad you liked the convenience of our onsite coffee shop and breakfast options, as well as our proximity to downtown hotspots. That being said, we are disappointed to hear of your issues with the AC unit. We have alerted our maintenance team to the problem...

I stayed 5 nights at the Graduate recently. Staff was very friendly and very attentive. I had a A/C problem with my first room but was quickly remedied! Room is a old standard hotel room that has been well updated. I wish there was a recliner or at least an ottoman for the only chair in the room. (That's not...

We stayed at this hotel for the first time during our son's law school graduation weekend. The interior design of the rooms was very interesting and a throwback to earlier decades. We especially loved the credenza design and the old fashioned telephone and radio on the desk. The hotel front desk staff was excellent. One of our three initial rooms...

I came to Athens for work and thought the photos of the Graduate were too cute to pass up. I'm happy to say they lived up to expectation. This is a very chic, boutique hotel with a very retro cool vibe that you don't come across too often outside of major cities. If you want style and a quirky sense...

Stayed at the Graduate for my nieces graduation from UGA. Great location, close to everything and the room was awesome! So glad we upgraded to the suite. 915sq ft made it feel like home. We could have entertained the whole family in our room!

Rooms are dated and aged. Poor value for the cost. Very disappointing experience. People working at the hotel were very nice. Our room was o the road, and the loud fan allowed us to drown out the traffic noise outside.

What do you need to know about the Graduate? It's a kitchey motel. It's got a boutique coffee shop and lounge. It has a happening nightspot. It has a really nice restaurant with huge portions of Southern food, although the menu is a little limited. It's not ranked #1 on Tripadvisor for no reason. Some rooms feature 2 beds, and...

The Athena Suite at the Graduate is perfect for a busy weekend in Athens when you need a place to gather/entertain family or friends. Getting dining reservations and parking can be a real challenge. Having the option of catering or bringing in take out was the difference between a crazy, frazzled time with elderly grandparents and a nice, quite time...

We stayed at the Graduate once again for graduation weekend. We really enjoy the decor and old-school charm. However, the rates we ridiculous at nearly $500 per night. The multi-tiered structure and soaring beams welcome crystal clear views, stellar acoustics and a place to celebrate the detail and dedication to craft. The Foundry Bar & Grill stocks every local beer imaginable and offers fun fresh fare whether you are catching a new artist or you're just looking for a place in town to hang out and make some history of your own.
