We had some trouble with reservations for this hotel, and the rooms we wanted weren't what we got (but it was graduation weekend, so we were happy to have rooms). But, once we got there, the service was amazing. From the front desk staff, to the servers in the restaurants, to the concierge, everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Received excellent service from Guest Services. David Fallaw , Concierge, made my stay a happy experience. David very knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful. He is very caring about his customer especially those who are disabled. My husband has MS, and David did everything to make his stay as comfortable as possible. I like that David even remembered my name even though...

This is the 3rd year that I have stayed here for a week-long school. Each time, I have been very impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. From the bellboy who offers to take bags to the room, to the front desk staff, to the housekeeping staff, each one is pleasant and always ready to serve. This year,...

The lobby and area is very nice. The staff great. The room small and bathroom tiny. The shuttle they provide helps out with things. Not that close to downtown area if dressed up but close enough if you have on tennis shoes to walk to and from. The maids start banging on the doors at 9:30 so that is not...

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The shuttle was a plus for our stay. The rooms are small but, we was only at the location for one night, any longer it may have been an issue. Book online and you will save money. We heard people in the other rooms and in the hallway so be prepared...

This crown jewel has been around a long time offering very satisfying and convenient accommodations in this vibrant college town approx. 90-minutes form Atlanta. Parking is on site and may be an additional fee. I checked out on Sunday and parking wasn't charged. Regardless, park the car and Uber it everywhere--especially if it involves imbibing adult libations! There are two...

This was a good place for a conference. The rooms for presentations were nice and worked well for my presentation. The hotel was clean, but a little outdated. However, there was updates going on while I was there, and I believe I was on one of the floors that had yet to be renovated. The staff was extremely friendly and...

The staff is first rate! The rooms are tiny and have very thin walls and could use a little updating. The property is really nice and you can't beat the location...thanks to the family that let their small children run around in the halls in the morning. It sounded like they were having fun. I'm sure everyone else on the...

I stayed at this hotel one night for a conference at the same facility. The appearance of the interiors, rooms, etc is adequate. Pretty standard. Beautiful green spaces and courtyards. Extremely friendly staff, most of whom were UGA work study students. Restaurant food and prices were reasonable. Convenient and quick shuttle service. Very convenient for my conference. Enjoyable stay on...

Stayed here two nights for a conference. The room was small, but I was traveling solo and so it was fine for me. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and the students working as hotel staff were efficient and friendly. However, the noise from the hallway was terrible, the shower water pressure and temperature were practically nonexistent during...
