Located in one of the most exclusive areas of Tegucigalpa. Its privileged location and impeccable service and great amenities make our hotel one of the best in its class. Real Colonial Hotel in Tegucigalpa is ideally situated close to the most attractive and fun spots of our city. We are minutes away from the Boulevard Morazan, shopping and business centers.

Its small and cozy. Its not hard to find and its in a really nice area, its close to the embassy which is great just in case you need to take care of any business there. The staff was great and the accommodations modest but overall OK. So if you need a place to stay in Tegus for a night or two while abroad this is it.

This hotel has a quaint feel, has art throughout, and it has a small private patio for the breakfast included with your stay. The price is great for the stay, mainly because the area is very safe and convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Security and police patrol the area constantly. UN building around the corner. Good drive-thru pharmacy in front of the UN building. Nightlife also within walking distance. Safe parking area with guard 24/7. My only negatives are that the beds are a little hard and shower drains back up. Will definitely go back.

In a safe area, with a couple of restaurants next door, it was a good hotel to arrive in at night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower hot and with good pressure, and the breakfast fine. We had no problems with the wifi. I definitely recommend it. The only thing I did not like was that they offered that if we paid in cash, that we didn't have to pay the 19% tax.

Stayed here overnight while traveling through Tegucigalpa. The hotel was about 15 minutes taxi ride from the airport. Quiet and peaceful. The building is rather old, but they have done a good job of keeping the place clean and comfortable. For the price it's outstanding, I will stay here again next time I travel to Tegucigalpa. My only complaint is that I could never get logged onto the internet. Although I could get a strong signal I could never get the password accepted, no matter how many attempts. The desk clerk was very nice, but not much help in this regard.

This is were you want to stay in Tegucigalpa. Close to the city centre, it is a very secure area surrounded by several bars and other bigger hotels. The rooms was clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly. If we could just suggest something, it would be to make some improvement to the breakfast, but apart tan that, everything was perfect and we would go back to Real Colonial Hotel again next time we have the chance to be in Tegus!

Warmly welcomed late evening by the friendly receptionist. Room and bathroom were clean, comfortable double bed with crisp white linen, and towels. Plenty of hot water. A little terraced sitting out area under the mango tree was a nice surprise. Good choice of breakfast. Hotel located in a "safe" area with many other hotels nearby. The hotel opposite was convenient for an evening meal. The staff were extremely helpful and kindly provided us with sandwiches for an early start to Managua. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Thank you to the staff of Real Colonia Hotel for making my stay so pleasant. They are gems with a smile. Breakfast was simple and really good. I love the 'colonial' feel in the place and the location is just great.
