This hotel has a great location if you want to stay downtown, el centro, but at night is not a nice area to be. The price is around 15 us and you dont have a tv in your room but you have two big ones in the first floor. The people are really nice but they don't speak english. You... More

Spotlessly clean. Friendly front desk. I chose a smaller room inside the atrium as opposed to the larger front street rooms with a tiny balcony. These rooms could be very noisy. Small bathroom: stepping through the shower to get to the toilet. Yes, strange. No TVs. No terrace - too bad. Rooms do have a fan. But for $18.50 a... More

Unlike many cities, Tegucigalpa has not made many efforts to make its historic downtown a tourist destination that would create jobs for the locals and improve the quality of life for all. By staying at the comfortable Hotel Boston, you are voting with your tourist dollar to help the local downtown economy rather than the generic international hotel chains that... More

This hotel is not the cheapest in town, but it's really clean. Single 375 Lem, 2 Pers/400 Lem. with private bath/ceiling fan. The staff is very helpful, friendly. There is a huge flatscreen in the lobby, if you want to watch TV at night. Free coffee in the morning. I liked to stay in that hotel, because rooms are spacious... More

Located fairly close to main square with old churches, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Very safe inside. Not very quiet but acceptable considering it is downtown. Beautiful old architecture and lovely atriums. Day staff pleasant, night staff a little edgy. Well worth the money and the experience. Have been there twice and will go back. For an upgrade, go to... The hotel is well located near downtown within walking distance of the city center although finding a nice place to eat around it is difficult. The room was clean so it's a good place to stay if you're passing by the city. It has the basics to spend a night but nothing fancy.

The Boston Hotel, although clearly misnamed as it's a hostel, was a good, realiable, and safe place to stay in a recent trip to Honduras. Rooms are cheap - about $12 US per day. They have singles as well as doubles, and some rooms are huge and have additional twin size beds (perfect for a large family). The rooms are... More
