When I stayed, it was $65 per night and the hotel seemed like a great value. Here's the basics of what is terrible at this hotel. - Service is putrid. 90% of the staff is rude, and not at all helpful. - Hotel Food is overpriced and not very good. - Bathrooms are small - No curtains, ambient light makes...

I have been staying at this hotel when I am in sps for the last 8 years. I really enjoyed it in the beginning rooms seemed to cost half of what they are now, and the staff was friendlier. But my last stay in early august was my last. I was meeting a female friend there and the hotel was...

just stayed here with a mission group. Large rooms, small baths, better to get a lower level room as the stairs can be tough to climb (very narrow spirals). Restaurant excellent. Good location near the airport. Overall, we were pleased.

A fellow traveler recommended Villa Nuria when we asked about a hotel near the airport. Our flight was leaving at 7am, so we wanted to be close by. True, Villa Nuria is near the airport and offers free bus (in our case at 4:45am) transportation there. If we had it to do over, I'd gladly stay further away and pay...

I was part of a group who stayed a total of two nights in this hotel. It was clean, safe and comfortable. There was hot water and AC. Each "room" is apartment style with two bedrooms (one with two double beds and the other with one king). The pools were nice and the food good. It is located only 5...

Nice guard explained to me how to catch a colectivo taxi from Villa nuria and pay 15 limpiras to the grocery store La Antorcha not too far away. We wanted to cook our own meals and save money. La Antorcha is a great grocery store with everything you could want. The little store on the hotel campus is worthless and...

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel over the past year and have both times found the check in fast and friendly. This is very good value as we paid $57 for the night and an extra $ 4 for internet in our room, which is less than half the price most other comparable hotels...

I travel to central america quite often and can say with somewhat certainty that villa nuria would have to be ranked as one of the worst places in central america. They have done quite well decorating the old prison or military barrack's to make it look like a hotel, however, if your a half decent person, you would have to...

This is a terrible place. I agree with many of the reviews on this site. It is beautiful in pictures but not in reality. The rooms are outdated from the 70's and the bed and sofa are not comfortable. They want ID's for you, your mama your mamas 3rd cousin if they are staying in the room. If any of...
