Spend 1 night here. I think prices are Very fair in oposit to equipment of rooms. Shared bathroom (saw just one, this could be problem at season) and no posibility to use kitchen. Its not on main road so its not loudy place (+1)
We reserved a room by phone after looking at photographs, the posada's Facebook page, and reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and Lonely Planet. Believe me, it's not better to be in the older part of the town!
