I truly enjoyed my stay! Jenna was the sweetest hostess and made me feel truly welcomed when she waited for me to arrive late after some collective shuttle issues. Breakfast was great and all of her staff members were so helpful and kind as well. I had a cute and spacious room upstairs which included a great view on either...

this is a place to feel at home at. Jena treated us almost like family, and she decorated this place as warily as she welcomed us. It is very clean, but don´t expect any luxury. The location is superb, across from the more standard Hotel del Lago. You will not regret staying here, if you like the concept of a...

Staying at Jenna's is like being an honored guest at a dear friend's guest house. Jenna's tastefully decorated B&B is as comfortable as coming home. She is welcoming & helpful. Her breakfast was the best, including homemade breads and jams, chutney and potatoes. A very relaxing environment and couldn't be more conveniently located to the docks. A great jumping off...

Spent a week with Jenna and her lovely staff and had a wonderful experience. Some of my favorite things were: high quality bed linens, the decor (lots of Guatemalan art and textiles mixed in with more modern pieces, all in a villa surrounded by a colorful garden, the many sitting areas where one could curl up with a book (indoors...

Jenna's B&B was one of those places I will forever think of fondly and recommend to friends. I went travelling for 6 months last year and my boyfriend came to meet me in Guatemala for a week. We found Jenna's and couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot. Firstly, our hostess Jenna is incredible. Warm and funny, really hospitable...

My wife & I spent a few nights here after a hectic week in the US. My only regret is that we didn't factor in more time at this beautiful little gem of a B&B. From the moment you walk in through the front gates & are met by the super friendly pups & character filled cats, this place instantly...

The good: Jenna will give you great recommendations on activities to do all round the lake, and her breakfasts are delicious. The beds are very comfortable and there's a great view of the lake from the roof terrace. The bad: The walls between rooms are paper thin, I overheard every detail of neighbouring guest's argument with her boyfriend. It's quite...

Jenna's is a terrific option in Panajachel. It's a really beautiful little place and adjoins her gallery, which is worth a look. Our room (upstairs) was delightful. Jenna is a friendly and welcoming host, joining her guests for breakfast and dispensing very helpful advice about what to see and do around the lake. She will go out of her way...
