This is a nice little hotel that is well located in Zona 10, within walking distance of restaurants and bars and relatively "safe" (by Guatemala City standards - always take precautions and don't carry valuables, even in this area). Pros: Nice, comfortable suites with a kitchen, good location. Cons: The gym leaves a lot to be desired - just a...

Great deal but booking it online, cause adding a person was really expensive. We did it just because of the emergency but it would have being better getting another suite online. The place is clean and nice but expensive.

Stayed here for a short business trip and enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Proximity to embassies, malls and restaurants was great.I would definitely stay here again if my travels bring me to this area.

I stay here for 5 days for business. The hotel is ok for its price, the staff is helpful and nice, the bedroom is spacious, the wahroom is a little tired, the menu in the restaurant could be better. I'd wish more and better selection if fruits offered during the breakfast buffet. Summary. Good to stay for its price but...

We stayed here for a week. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. They have a buffet b-fast that is really great with eggs to order or pre cooked. Wait staff continue to keep your cup filled or attend to any requests. We stayed in a suite that I could have lived in long term in comfort with...

the hotel is located in the business district of Guatemala City, there is a big shopping mall 15 minutes walk away, we got a great apartment - there was a beautiful living room with a kitchenette and a spacious bedroom with comfortable beds, all stylishly decorated, breakfast was really great - fresh juices, big choice and great freshly prepared omlettes,...

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was close to the airport, zoo, and museums. We were able to walk just 1-2 blocks to find many restaurant options. The breakfast that was included in our room price was very good- fresh fruit, eggs made your way, fresh tortillas, and pastries. There seemed to be a lot of business travelers there. The...

This hotel is great for its price!!! Shopping around in Guatemala City at the big brand hotels the prices were outrageously expensive with no breakfast included. We found this hotel at $71 per night. When we entered our room... We were surprised with a "SUITE"... Very clean, nice and spacious. The only thing that I found very expensive was the...

Always a Great and reliable choice, this Mercure property steps it up, and offers magnificent rooms at a reasonable price. My Grand Suite was much larger & accommodating than the nearby IHG just a block away.. Airport shuttle both ways, nice gym, great breakfast, and situated right in the heart of the action, this has become my #1 business choice...
