Needed a safe place to stay close to the airport and this was great. Right across from the Hard Rock Cafe, so worked out perfect for us to get dinner and go to bed. Had an early AM flight to catch, and it took us less than 15 minutes to the airport. Clean rooms, nice city views.

After waiting for a little too long at the airport for the hotel shuttle to arrive, I eventually got a lift from The Westin shuttle driver who kindly dropped me off at the Holiday Inn. Receptionist was great. Helped me out with emergency supplies after my baggage didn't make it from the UK. Room was large, bed was pretty good,...

The place is well located at the Zona Viva in Guatemala City. Rooms are cozy and service is really good (specially Raul, a waiter in the restaurant). Unfortunately Wifi is lousy.... they need to ramp up their comms infrastructure if they plan to lure and keep road warriors!

This hotel is so much better than I expected. Most holiday Inn are basic and simple. Many times outdated.. however this one is beautifull and modern. The overall hotel looks great and the room is clean and nice.. definitelly a great place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel in Guatemala. We were kindly greeted by the hotel staff through our entire stay. We even enjoyed a room upgrade. The hotel is right in front of the Hard Rock Cafe in Guatemala. The pool is small but the place is calm and well relaxing. Breakfast is average but a wide...

Just stayed here this week and must share what happened. The room was ok but there was only one TV station in English. CBS from Miami. Thats it so if you don't speak Spanish be prepared to learn on your down time. I ordered a stack sandwich in the restaurant and what I got was a piece of meat that...
